I thought I was hearing metal sound, when fully braking. Braking was good overall. Very clean cab & cargo bay.

ARTHUR WHad scheduled 4 days before move and was approved from Homedepot a box truck. 10 hrs before they canceled due to a no return truck. Wouldn't give me a replacement. Now stuck, called Uhaul and was given a truck the very next morning, day of moving and it was so much cheaper. Not only did Uhaul save the day but saved me money also. Hats off to Uhaul and Shadeland beer for the save of the day.

Mark KHonestly the most pleasant and understanding people..I was to rent for 3 days and ran into an unfortunate situation with help loading my house and unloading into my storage unit..made a call to Greg to extend my rental time and he was so gracious allowing me the extra time! Absolutely the Best!!!
diane sCheck-in process was not smooth. Furniture pads were ordered but not at the location. Had to find a dolly ourselves. Refund was granted, which is good, but next time I would go to an actual uhaul store and not do the mobile check-in.
Erin STo Whom it may concern, My name is Monica Rivera Esturban Reservation #: 23380994 My husband Vincenzo Mercurio drove the UHaul truck and his phone number is +19295074585 I called Employee Lindsey back at +14124861516 since she left me a voice mail saying the truck was not returned. It was returned. She was incredibly rude when I wasn't able to quickly provide the phone number by saying she doesn't understand how I don't know the phone number. My husband recently changed his phone number so he didn't have it memorized. It only took us a few minutes. She must have forgotten to put herself on mute as she even mentioned that we were the 3rd client to not know their phone number. She did not offer an apology. This is unacceptable. Vincenzo MI’ve sent my complaints multiple times but no one acknowledged or listened. Also it’s no use calling the uhaul customer service if no one picks up! HORRIBLE SERVICE

Pauline PMichelle and Greg were SO VERY HELPFUL!!! We rented a truck, very last minute, to move flooring, for a studio set. We were able to get the floor down, for the set's arrival the next day. We are so grateful for their friendly service! :) - The Signtastic Team
HEATHER GThe truck's 'check engine' light immediately came on along with a "tighten gas cap" warning. The cap could not be properly tightened to make the notification go away and likely needs replaced. The U-Haul app took several tries to get checked in and I was unable to check out with images of the dash, etc. and just handed the key to the Shadeland Beer Distributor employee. This was a real time-suck when trying to move on a schedule. The lockbox for the key was also rusted to the point where I had to have a Shadeland employee jimmy it open. This added about 20 minutes to the check-in process.

Karen DAll workers, but especially customer facing workers, should be wearing masks per PA state mandate to prevent COIVID-19 spread - they were not. Inside smelled like cigarette smoke.

Bryan MThe employee I spoke to was rude and unable to assist. None of the employees had masks on either. Well, one had one around his neck, not sure what that will do. Truck was pretty dirty and didn't appear to be sanitized. Not about this location, but I had chosen to do my transaction in person, but that isn't available at this location, which was a real pain because I didn't bring my phone... Not happy at all with this experience. Upon dropping off the truck I was also charged 20$ for fuel when I just put 15$ in the tank out of my pocket to bring it up to the level I received. This whole experience has been nothing short of a headache. I was late picking the murchandise I rented the truck for, incurring another fee from that company.

Tamika AU-haul is just too expensive, I had the truck for 32 minutes and it cost me 40 dollars. I would not recommend U-haul to anyone just based on the cost. If your cost was more in line with other short term rental companies then possibly but until then I will direct anyone who asks elsewhere.
brad mThe drop-off location was fine, only rated average as it is primarily a beer distributor, rather than a specific U-Haul location, as was my pickup location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
