Did everything online and the overall result was very unsatisfactory; here are all the issues I encountered: - Location where I was picking the van had no boxes so I had to buy / reserve boxes on another nearby location. Order #86C4AACA (address: 3555 NW 11th Ave). Got the email that I could pick them up the next day but that other location didn't have boxes neither after. Why would the reservation and confirmation email come through if I go to the place just for the guy to say they don't have them. - Reserved a dolly online with the van, went to pick the van and they have no dolly available. Same thing. Waste of time trying to find another dolly. They guy was nice trying to help but still a waste of valuable time. By then I already had movers payed by he hour waiting without working. Had to find another dolly myself somewhere else. - I was not told about the mileage charge and gas charge. Not only that but he should have told me visually exactly where the gas level was to make sure to leave it the same. - I could have used the van for 24 hours but they guy didn't know how to put it on the system in order for me not to get charged for 2 days. He showed me the screen and it was showing I was gonna get charged for 2 days if I returned the van the next day so I had to return it the same day instead. He tried but didn't know how to do it

I paid for furniture pads when reserving the truck. At this location they told me they didn't have any, not as in “we ran out”, but as in “we don't have. Ever.” They did take that out of the bill, but they are necessary. I was able to perform the job, but not having them hit directly my business' reputation, since it makes me look unprepared.

Renting someone a truck with less than 1/4 of a tank and then charging them a fee for returning it with less than 1/4 of a tank really sucks! Everything else was fine.

This is not about the location. Uhaul booked a reservation, for a contactless pick up, for a time this location was not open and for a service they do not provide. They also did not provide the equipment I booked and billed me for insurance when I did not ask for any. Uhaul was consistently blamed.

The employees are very rude and extremely lazy. They don't care about the customer, and the car was disgusting. I rented the truck with the carts, but they gave me only the vehicle and said that they didn't have carts there. So, I needed to went to another localization and rent those carts again, and I lost more than one hour to rent them, which meant less than one hour for the elevator. As a result, I couldn't move all my furniture.

The first truck they gave me smelled like vomit, I have to return it. They gave me another one. Now, I rented the truck and they told me $19 per day, and the insurance was $20. I asked them several time how much would be my total, they told me about $60 for 3 days + insurance (the $20). I returned the van just fine and they didn't want to give me the pricing. They sent me the bill via email and is $160!!! They charged me $20 extra a day! They had that amount hidden from me. Miserable scammers. They do not want to tell you the pricing upfront, they want to let you go to scam you.

Although this location was good and the personnel polite and courteous, I am very disappointed that it wasn't the location I chose. I had to drive over 10 miles to pick up the truck which not only wasted gasoline, but also delayed my moving schedule. I was told that my truck was dropped off at that location which makes me wonder why it wasn't dropped off at my location of preference…

The truck I rented had cockroaches in the cargo area. They definitely need to treat the trucks for critters after customer uses. I had to rush and off load my stuff because I was so nervous they would get in my belongings.

I make a reservation online to get the truck at 7:30 am and you are giving wrong information because was not able to pick it up ill wait for hour and a half to get the truck, this cost me $100 fine in my building because the reservation was for 8am and a get late because your foul

No lo recomendaré a ningún amigo, porque no tenían el equipo que pedí, tienen mala atención al público ( ese señor no tiene habilidades para la atención al cliente) y yo entregue la gasolina, en el mismo nivel que me la entregaron y aún así, me cobraron 2 galones de más. Completaron el tanque de gasolina del camión, con mi tarjeta.

Must cal location first as the online reservation is unreliable. Upon arrival, the clerk knew of my confirmed reservation but said there was no vehicle for me. He Made calls to resolve this. I will try others before going back to UHaul again.

Even though i had selected to do mobile checkin-in, i was forced to go into the location to claim my rental. I had to wait 15 minutes as no one was at the front desk for that time. After which, the person took an exaggerated amount of time to find my reservation, which I had made over two weeks prior, and set up my van. All this set me back a lot, and prohibited me from finishing my task since it was time sensitive.

The agent on site had no training or knowledge of how to process the Uhaul reservation for pickup. He was very confused and stressed. He had to call Uhaul Customer Support to help walk him thru it. He then accidentally changed our reservation drop off details which changed the price and date of drop off! We did not discover this until after we drove away with the Uhaul and had to call a support manager to make the adjustment back to our original reservation details.

Better customer service, the attendant on site needs better customer service skills, needs to be more helpful. He had the odociity to say he is not uhaul but self storage, but at the end he represents Uhaul and should give a good service regardless. Very argumentative and unpleasant experience.

The associate working was extremely rude. He had a horrible attitude from the moment I walked in the store. I informed him that I had a reservation, and he told me that wasn't possible because he didn't have anything available. I was going to show him my reservation number, so he decided to actually look in his computer to see if there was a reservation. Of course, he found my reservation. He tried to charge me for insurance even though I specifically said I did not want it on the reservation. Every question I asked was met with a rude, harsh attitude. It seems as if he does not care about doing business, nor does he care about creating a customer experience. I was going to rent storage at the location, but decided to rent elsewhere because of my experience with this associate.

I went to this location because even though there was a $50 Guarantee... I wasn't able to get a van that I had scheduled. This was because Wynwood Wireless was very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend partnering with them. They had no clue how the online check-in worked, I just tried to pick up the keys and his wife had taken them in her purse. If this is the kind of shops and workers I can expect, I don't trust U-Haul or your service after this experience. But this order that was completed went smoothly thanks to the Sentry Storage's helpful staff. Thankfully I was able to move my stuff in time but it wasn't any help to your store, Wynwood Wireless, I will never go there ever again to use your service, what a let down and frustration I didn't need on moving day. Then the girl within customer service when I called for help, she didn't believe me or understand the situation, and she didn't stick with your 'promised' guarantee.

the truck was given to us in DISGUSTING conditions. there was glass. fiberglass, dust and dirt everywhere. the only thing that saved this place was Frank's customer service and great attitude.

I rented a second truck. As I mentioned that I would rent a another a week from the previous one. That other person who rented the truck to me did not disclose the safe coverage charge the way the first did I would like for your organization to return the $28 that he neglected to mention and he should also be put on a warning. Uhaul store never applied the VIP discount code because the main office for Miami said couldn't be used until another car is rented. That is absurd, when the reason Uhaul gave me the discount, was for the mileage to cover the after hours closed office(6pm) ... and because I had to travel to other locations in order to return the unit.

They don't inspect the vehicle for gas. They mark an amount that's not correct and charge for a different one. I used the vehicle for 35 miles, put 10 gallons of fuel showed them the bill and they still charged me more money for fuel. It is impossible that the car uses more than a gallon for mile!!!!

I reserved a truck through the internet. Issuance was offered and I waived it, but when I got to the location to pick it up, I believe the person at the location add it again and I was charged for something I didn't need. Everything else was good.
