They are two busy to maintain the equipment and it’s in the wether the dolly was dangerous and the straps wore out

Bryan MNice folks here. This is mostly grass where the equipment is kept. Nice sunny dry days are probably fine but rainy days might be an issue for people without 4x4. But nice and helpful people for sure.

TIM CGaron was very friendly. He helped us get the trailer we needed and made sure everything was working properly before we left. It was a good experience for our first time renting from U-Haul. If I need one again, I will rent from Sellers Service Center!

Raymond NThis comment is NOT for the 7156 Dallas Cherryville Hwy location. This gentleman was great. This comment is for the location in Charlotte that I had reserved the truck for pick up. I was inadvertently bumped up without my consent from a 15’ to a 20’ truck, which I was not able to drive and was way too big for the stuff I had to transport. Meaning, all my items would’ve been flying in the truck while driving it. I wasted 1 hour at the place and on the phone. They had two 15’ trucks there but they wouldn’t change it. Therefore, after 1 hour wasted, I had to drive 31 miles to the Cherryville location to pick up the truck that I had reserved in the first place. I wasted now 2 additional hours (driving there and back). My daughter was with me and she wasted all her time as well driving me back and forth. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Kathy SThe drop off fee in my opinion was excessive. As I was told the daily rate was $42 and I explained that I would be dropping it and would be renting another to bring my vehicle back and dropping off at his location. When I came to pick up the dolly and was told to drop off would be over $300. For the two drop offs I could’ve bought a dolly in very good condition . I was committed to be in Tarboro, NC the next morning of rental as I’m also no committed to get back home with another rental and expensive drop off fee. But I’ll purchase a dolly in the future as to avoid this expense. I’ve always used U-Haul but in the future I’ll look into other options.
CLARENCE SU-Haul kept trying to switch me to a different pick up location, not the one most convenient to me!! Sellers has always been my dealer and I don’t want to deal with anyone else!! They are great!!
LEE RNothing. You have it perfected. The truck Air conditioning only comes out of the defrost vent. Still cooled the truck fine.
Andy D1 day before pickup, UHaul called and said I had to drive 1 hr outside of charlotte to pickup the truck, it messed up my whole schedule. Just adding more mileage is not enough, I have to put more gas in it, more gas in my personal vehicle etc PLUS the extra time it took. Poor! But this had nothing to do with Sellers, this is a UHaul thing
Larry WCustomer service was excellent. Check-out was relatively easy and the cost was fair. I would definitely consider using Sellers Service Center again.

Paula AMade me drive 45 minutes out of the way to pick up the truck. When you commit to a pick up location, you should honor your commitment.
DAVID DWasn't sure if the location I was given was the closest rental because it looked like I passed other rentals in order to get to mine which was 40 minutes away.
Mark LCheck equipment better. Brake and tail lights on drivers side were not working correctly.
WARREN CThis particular location doesn't have a set parking lot for the vehicles, so if it rained recently you're in danger of getting stuck. The other vehicles littered around the parking lot made it difficult to get out, and there was a lot of debris on the ground.

DAVID BThe equipment was clean, but there was no break fluid in the cyclinder that you put it in and it wasn't checked until we didn't have any brakes in Nebraske. Also the trailer leaked at the top near the front and our stuff got wet real bad and some of it wasn't any good anymore due to the mold that had formed on it.

Donna ANo thank you! I was not satisfied with the pricing of the UHaul, I had to drive 30 minutes away to pick up the truck which took away some of the gas and i was not told about the deposit! I had a bad experience and make rent elsewhere next time! It wasn’t just the location customer service is suck and the agents don’t provide all the information when they call to confirm appointment
