Anthony DThe location is fine, but I arrived after hours and attempted to use the UHaul app to process the turn-in. The app appears to have an issue with finding the location. My cellphone has the permissions set to allow precise location finding, but the app just ground and ground, hung up in some loop and unable to determine the location. as a double check, I used the UHaul website to find locations "near me" and the site promptly found my exact location. That proves the app was having an issue. I had to use the app's chat option and have a live person check me in. Very frustrating after a good rental.

Gary RDrop-off was after hours, and completed using the app. That process was a bit painful, since cell service is mediocre, making photo upload very long. The photos were lost once, so I had to repeat the process, and was concerned that it completed. Apparently, it did complete OK.

william aIt is confusing to pull into an open field & park next to the other trucks w/o knowing that the feed store in the next lot thru the row of bushes is where the key drop box is. There is no one around after hours. It would be helpful if this information was available to whomever answers the call when you get to this location. They then could explain to you that the key drop box is located in front of the store. Other than that all is well.

Garry BWhile I was enroute and MOVING all day yesterday, there was a text that I missed saying the drop off location changed which caused me stress when I arrived and they said the truck is not due to be returned here. This was the location that I selected online when making the reservation. Luckily they took care of me at this location and accepted the truck.

Harry TWhat a great experience dealing with the folks at Scott’s Farm and Family business side of U-HAUL. If you’re from this area then I highly recommend utilizing them for all your U-HAUL needs.
LOU FBait and switch in my opinion, advertise for 19.95. I had the vehicle for 2hrs to pick up lumber at Home Depot. I estimated 40 miles, I put 42. The total came to 60.19, not counting the 10.00 in gas I replaced.They tried to dispute the gas used until I should them the picture of the gauge cluster I took before I left.
Stanley POverall, service was excellent and the people very friendly and helpful. The location is on downtown Main St. Which typically has heavy traffic making getting in and out sometimes tough. Other than that, excellent.
