I originally scheduled a one way drop off, but was told it would be $50-$60 cheaper to return it where I rented it. So I drove the 20 miles back to where I rented the truck only to find out I exceeded the mileage limit. Had I returned the vehicle where I originally intended to, I would not have exceeded the mileage limit. Also, I received the vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas and returned it with a 1/2 tank. I feel I should have been compensated for the difference. I was not satisfied with the advice given to me by the person who checked my vehicle in after use.

I felt that the people that worked at this U-Haul were excellent and they had great work attitudes and really went out of the way to make sure that I got the unit I needed. The entire process of reserving, coming to pick it up and returning the trailer went very smoothly.

First truck had a flat tire and the kid was upset he had to get another, didn’t send me the second trucks inspection link, return location was just as lazy, waited for 20 minutes before someone came to accept the truck return, and had an attitude that I was returning it.

I was not able to utilize my rental, tow dolly. The straps on the tow dolly were cut short and did not fit around my tire. I needed 2-4 inches to be able to run it through the strap head in order to tie down. I quickly checked the website and it stated the store closes at 6pm. I live minutes away and arrived at 5:45pm in order to try to exchange the tow dolly to a trailer for a quick fix but the store front doors were caged up and sign on the glass said CLOSED at 5pm. So I couldn't exchange or return for refund or another trailer. Please refund my card per experience and update your store hours asap. On premises camera returning about a half hour after I picked up my rental, to try to return and exchange** Please call me direct at 210-823-3020 for clarification

Maintain your equipment better. Ratcheting straps on tow dolly kept loosening and we had to stop WAY TOO MANY TIMES, and both ratcheting devices were BADLY IN NEED OF LUBRICATION.

The uhaul had sensor issue that lit up and when we called uhsl customer support they said it has to do with the breaks. Ugh. We had to go slow on the wet road since we were already traveling. I had hoped the vehicle was inspected before allowing a customer to drive long distance and could have endanger

The truck served our purpose well. There was an alert that the tire pressure monitoring system needed service. I would not have driven the truck out of town, but I had no issues with our use. The location has always worked out well for us.

Would have been happy with the service if I hadn’t been upcharged for 3 gallons of gas (on a 15 mile total) after we had already put 2.5 gallons in to return the truck to it’s original level.

My only feedback that isn't positive is that the website was not functioning properly and making and modifying the reservation required a call to the facility where we picked up and dropped off. That said, the employee that helped me was great. This location has a great selection of sizes and weekend hours which meant we didn't have to do the contactless/after hours pickup, which we have had problems with in the past. Great location, great staff

The truck was cleaned, but windshield wipers needed replacement which was discovered when it began to rain. We meant to inform the drop off site of this, but unfortunately forgot to tell them. Also, when booking the reservation, I was asked morning or afternoon - not a specific time, so i said morning. Ten o'clock was placed on my order by uhaul. When we arrived at 11:15-11:30, we were told my reservation was almost canceled because I was late - in my opinion, before noon is morning which I requested. Anyway, I believe it would be helpful for uhaul to make customers aware their reservation may be canceled if they do not arrive by a certain time as I was totally unaware of this policy.

I rented continually for many years and the storage facilities deteriorated every single year. At first we had electricity in each unit ….. FYI …. I vacated in the month of March 2023 and I was paid up through March 31, 2023. Your narrative that I vacated on 6/26/23 is incorrect plus I emailed y’all my intentions in mid March
