Parking sucks but we parked across the street. Staff was great. However, I'd have them instuct us where to park and not have to figure out for ourselves

Melissa Csomeone used my credit card to pay for a truck. How do you rent a truck to someone that is using someone elses credit card? And Uhaul doesnt care. They still took my money..they wont give it back,, and then they charged me another $500.. WTF. Customer service sucks. I have called, waited on hold, waited for a call back..then waited on hold some more..Useless

I did parking lot pick up and it took 45 minutes to do and the premise was for it to be faster than going in...I had concerns about paying twice and it took 3 chats to get a semi straight answer on it and im still confused as well as broke. Erika BWhen booking the equipment online it had us going to one location, then once I checked in it sent us to another location. The people were nice but hardly spoke english. In addition, this location didn't have the furniture dollys I reserved online which was something we really needed, so I'm not sure why we were sent there. Also, the truck's alignment was so off it should not be allowed to be rented out, incredibly hard to steer, and dangerous for us to have taken on the highway. Thankfully they removed the charges for the dollys we rented, but weren't provided. Would do anything I could in order to not use Uhaul again.

Donald SEnded up finding a bedbug on my new sectional. Truck had broken glass by door. The cab was dirty and sticky. There was a dirty stir spoon in the cab. You could tell someone smoke in th cab as well.

Wendell LI rented this truck on March 31st 2023 I picked up the truck at 12:00 I returned the truck at 7:00 p.m. on the same day. As of today , I was due a refund of $95.36 I was told I would receive my refund in three to five business days well it has been seven business days I have not received my refund yet when I call my credit card company they tell me that the U-Haul location that I used has not released my refund yet this is the worst experience I've ever had with a U-Haul normally I rent a U-Haul at least once a year or once every 2 years I've never had to wait seven business days to receive my refund My credit card company has informed me that it is not them that is holding up my refund it is the U-Haul company and I know $95 doesn't seem like a lot of money but in this economy it is extremely a lot of money so I'm just wondering why I'm still waiting for my refund, when my credit card gets the refund back it normally posted the same day and they told me that they've been waiting as long as I, they have not received the money in my account yet from the U-Haul company so I don't know what the holdup is or what's going on but all I know is that it shouldn't take me this long to receive a refund

Beth PMake sure the equipment is clean and up to part. The truck had dog hair, dirt, and sunflower seeds throughout the driver/passenger area. Order replacement parts for the vehicles because the straps on the car transporter was cut, which made the ratch part difficult for the tire.

Contessan KThis was not the location that I chose for my drop off but this is the drop off UHAUL chose for me or I would be charged extra. 20 minutes away and in a part of town that was not safe for a women and her 22 year old daughter to drop off at 9pm. Dark and dangerous looking building with no signs and no other trucks on property! Police cars buzzing by. Very scared but completed the drop off with my phone and got out. I will never ever rent from uhaul again as they put my life in danger just for their convenience. And to top off , charged me extra because I went over my allocated miles because I had to drop off at a location so far away!

Karla TThe process to check in via mobile was too long of a process. There has to be a better way to do it. The location of the UHAUL was at a grocery in the back parking lot and it felt unsafe. I was didn't get everything done because I was being charged per mile, which added up quick. I was not happy with the over all process. To be honest it really sucked and I would not recommend this location to a friend because I will never use it again.

Mark CAfter a long haul trip, tried calling to verify U-Haul location existed and called a couple of times not to get a answer but when arrived clark/ representative was just sitting the behind the counter playing his music on his laptop. Once i was there he was very helpful and assisted me with returning equipment.
