Justin PPlaced order online, but when arrived to pick up towing dolly the ladies and a gentleman were basically clueless of what the rental process is. It costed me a lot of money because of the time I wasted during pick up time from this location.

miles dI rented the truck for 24hrs. I returned it in just 7hrs and was told to leave the key and I would be checked in. The owner didn't check me in until after 24hrs, so I had to pay for 2 days instead of 1 when I didn't even use it for 1/3 of a day!
James SI live about 8 -10 miles from facility/ gas station I allegedly used 38. In fuel but drove 93 miles ? Scam, and in addition to that store associate used his own personal cell phone to apply my credit card info so I could not dispute the mileage. Poor experience and I will never use again. Extremely unprofessional and now I need to replace my card as I don’t feel safe at all.
Helen MThe location itself was fine. The issue was that this was the 4th pick-up location we were assigned to. The first was the one we booked, which was 10 minutes from our house. Several days later, we were changed to another one about 15 minutes away. The morning of, we were moved to one about 25 minutes away, and while we were 2 minutes from our pick-up, we were moved to a location 45 minutes away. This was very inconvenient and extremely unprofessional.
Donald BI had to lift the trailer off the hitch myself. Trailer is very heavy. Trailer towed well and worked perfect but I will not rent a trailer without a jack on it again
john DHave someone make sure trucks are clean . Clerk needs their own computer to check trucks in and out not use their personal cell phone . Took about 15 minutes to check out because clearly was attending other customers.
David OOne way rental experience was not great. Had to travel too far to pick up. Then complain to get reimbursed for tolls and unexpected travel just to pick up. Equipment was fine. But I wish it had a data port if some kind so I didn't have to photo document gas and odometer. My friends,and I, live too far away from this location!
Daniel LThey did not register that I dropped off the unit well before it was due back and I’m still dealing with issues showing I am in possession of the unit. There was no confirmation of drop off sent and no follow up when I inquired about the return of my unit.

Miles DOnline reservation process very easy. Trailer pick-up was delayed over 30 min due to confusion with reservation, fortunately we were not in a huge rush. Drop-off process was excellent & very easy.

Robert FI ordered a truck online and it was not there. I had to redo the whole process when I got to the place plus get a smaller truck. Which made me make three trips. Hence an overall more expensive purchase. Pretty annoyed about the whole thing.

Christopher CThe pickup location was too far away. When I booked the truck I was asked how far I was willing to drive since they did not have a 26' truck close to my building. I said 20 miles. It was over 30 miles away. When I asked why, they said it was 20 air miles away. I guess they thought that I was going to fly to the truck pickup location! They did give me a 70 mile credit but of course it didn't cover my car's trip back and the 2 hours it took for the round trip as well as the tolls. To end on a positive, the truck was brand new which was very nice to use.
Dawn LA previous user of the equipment must have been moving plants. There was mud all over the bed. At the counter, I was told that the fuel tank was at 1/4. When I got into the truck, it was indeed at 1/4. I returned the truck with 1/4. Because I was moving, I did not have time to check the contract via internet prior. I had never had an issue with inaccurate reading. It turned out that the contract claimed that I had 7/16 of a tank which was wrong. As a result, I was charged for 4 gallons of gas incorrectly. While this was only a difference of 17 dollars and while I have always had good experiences with Uhaul, it was slightly disappointing.

Michael DNo break lights, no running lights, no turn signals, windshield wipers not working. If the equipment was verified to be working properly when dropped off at this location, my pick up of equipment would have been a better experience. Do your job correctly and you won’t have issues. Am I the only person who checks to make sure the equipment is running properly? I was supposed to pick the equipment up @ 10:30 am but it was not scheduled by location, I had to wait 1 1/2 hrs to drive 40 minutes hwy to get my equipment . Then the equipment didn’t work properly as in above mentioned paragraph. Fiasco is all I can say.

james jIt is hard to find. The GPS takes you past the location about 1 mile into Elmer NJ. No U Haul signs outside. The folks inside helpful. They did not sell any trailer hitch equipment.

James SUhaul needs to confirm truck will be there immediately. Maybe you will need more trucks??? Your existing process is flawed. Its uhaul freindly not customer freinedly. I will search for alternatives next time.
