We needed to move into a new apartment after work last week and by the time we got there with our uhaul it was after 7pm so we had to wait until the next day. Only issue I had with an inside unit on an outside wall was that dust get inside while I was away and there was slight water damage to some files in a bankers box. Not a big deal but one can see daylight through the cracks in this 5x5 unit that can allow dust (so prevalent in AZ) and potentially rain water. Thus I would make sure next time to have a truly inside unit not exposed to an outside wall.
