I had to wait over 2 hours to have roadside come fix the back door of the U-Haul because the door wouldn’t open. It turned out that a wire had to be removed and the door was not lined up with the tracks properly. It was already getting dark and put my moving schedule behind, which is exhausting already without having to wait for something that shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place. Then I had issues with the location on my phone upon returning the vehicle. I went inside the store to ask the woman working and she said she didn’t know how to help me and looked at me extremely confused when I asked her what I was supposed to scan to return the U-Haul to get the location verified. Anyone working as a provider for until should be more knowledgeable about these types of things to make the whole process easier. Especially after everything was behind in schedule and then having issues returning the vehicle.

I won’t do do this again., just to expensive.. from the time I picked up the van until the time I returned it was 45 min. and I Only put on 15 miles.. and I was charged.89 cents a mile and I think thank was ridiculous. U-Haul needs to adjust there rates for short trips. Just my thoughts but I personally won’t rent one again. I should have went to Home Depot.

Make sure trucks are cleaned out for next customer. I have rented U-Haul 3 or 4 times and they are not as clean as should be.

Customer service was phenomenal, and the owners at this location were super sweet when I rented a truck that was too small and needed to rent another instead of reloading the first one. I highly recommend this location. They ownership was top notch! Thanks I will be back with the next one!

I needed a utility dolly and they waited till I got there to tell me they do not have any. Also the experience of making the reservation online and over the phone (800 #) was terrible. I had to call back 4 times because they kept screwing everything up.

Have rented from this location several times in the past couple of months and everything was great. When we had a snag with the mobile check in, the people inside were very helpful and got us all set in no time. Had a crappy experience when we had to use a different location for a last minute rental, so would happily go out of my way to come back to this one if we need another truck in the future!

Truck was very raggedy. I also booked at $0.69/mile, they changed it to $0.99/mile after I dropped it back off. Untrustworthy location to say the least!

Location was not good only because I HAD to use the U-haul app to pick up my rental. The app experience was HORRIBLE!! It took us over 30 minutes to get the truck….25minutes of which I could have filled out ahead of time…which I actually did! I added my boyfriend’s drivers license to the app account ahead of time to avoid this BS but they made us refill it out again. Then we had to talk to someone on the phone THEN had to go inside anyways to pick up the keys! Complete waste of time! Also took away from my rental time!! I will be selling my U-Haul shares on the market as I want nothing to do with this company moving forward

The communication I received from UHaul made it very confusing and frustrating to pick up the truck. I received a notice that my reservation was switched to 24/7 and that I needed to use my phone to check in and complete pick up. This was a slow and frustrating process, especially because we eventually just went into the gas station and retrieved the key. We wasted over an hour because of the communication that was sent.

The truck was clean but displaying two warnings upon pickup, low tire pressure and air bag maintenance. We did not feel safe driving the truck but had to use it due to time constraints. I give it an average grade. Check in system was down when we went to return it.

When I booked the time (8am pick up) for this location, your site specifically said that I could still pick it up even though the gas station didn’t open until 9am. When I went through the online process as you stated, it then said I couldn’t get the truck until 9am because the location wasn’t open. This was frustrating as I lost out on 1 hour of moving time. It should not be advertised that you can pick up before the location is open.

The cab was not cleaned from the last renter. There were raisins in the cup holder. St least I hope they were raisins. Also the steering was very loose and wandered all over the road.

I was billed twice for this van rental. First for $70.12 with a refund due of $18.93 (which I still haven't received) on July 5th. Then I received an additional charge for $33.70 on July 6th. I never used the van for anything other than going back and forth to work (1 round trip only) so it was clean and I topped up the gas at their Amoco station (yes, I kept the receipt). I returned the van at exactly 10:58 AM even though the receipt shows 11:01. Is this U-Haul's way of increasing their profits by charging customers for additional rental time?? I will be disputing the $33.70 charge with my credit card company and may have to dispute the original charge as well in order receive the $18.93 refund due to me. Don't rent from the Amoco station on 20th and College Ave. Better yet, rent form anyone but U-Haul!

ake sure equipment is cleaned off and the tires are filled with air- one tire had a slow leak . the station owner was no help and his air machine was out of norder not a good experience - a dolley and a moving blanket were left in the van

The windshield wiper broke off and the one person working at the gas station was constantly on the phone and told to to call U-haul and that it could take up to 2 hours. I sent my son to Auto Zone and he replaced it. The attendant at the Amoco had little concern. Then for almost the entire 980 miles the windshield washer fluid hoses did not work and it got very dangerous at times passing semi-trucks due to the fact that the wind shield would dirty up. We stopped at 6 un needed rest stops to pour the 8 gallons of washer fluid that we splashed on the windshield. Finally, my son took the tubes off, use a wire from a flag and pulled and bunch of dirt out of the lines and the washers began to work. We were 74 miles from Atlanta. Good thing he was following us in my car due to the fact that I had a dog.

The only BIG negative in our rental is that when we arrived for our pick up time which was outside the hours of operation for this location, our truck was blocked in. WE DID NOT NEED THAT STRESS ON MOVING DAY . After calling Uhaul, we did go in to the business and luckily there was a man inside who helped us even though we were still outside of the rental business hours.

I was charged a gas price of 47 dollars when I had more gas in the van when returning then I did when I received it. Had to make an extra trip there to discuss issue. Waited a long time due to only one staff member and busy. Then had to get refunded then charged again. Not cool!!!!
