Uhaul changed my pickup location to this one; I did not choose it. It was in the middle of nowhere and I had to drive extra and spend extra on gas to get to it.

Jeff and Roundup Self Storage were great to work with. Jeff was very kind and helpful, and answered the phone every time that I called. The storage unit was clean and the access to it was great. I would definitely recommend Roundup to anyone.

the customer service at roundup self storage was excellent. the proprietor went out of his way to work with me and was very pleasant. the uhaul online reservation system left much to be desired. it seemed that the internet site as well as the Uhaul customer service over the phone seemed to have a poor understanding of what was actually available at the location I was attempting to rent from. the online procedure of uploading photos of sensitive documents (ie drivers license) was clunky and frequently did not work. it was not clear when and how to upload dox for the reservation. maybe this system works better in more urban locations, but in our rural town, the process was pretty frustrating.

This place is great to rent from. This man is so nice and professional. I will always use his rental place. We arrived earlier than our scheduled time and when we contacted him, he allowed us to pick up the U-haul early. Great personal relation skills.

Truck had mechanical issues that made it difficult to operate. It was taken out of service at the drop off location due to these issues. It should not have been leased in that condition in the first place. Additionally, we had to pay out of pocket for windshield wipers and did not get reimbursed. Finally, Uhaul miscalculated the distance of the trip (allowed milage) and charged extra milage fees when reality struck. This was also not corrected or reimbursed. Will not be using Uhaul anymore. There are many other great competitors to choose from these days.

Our experience was fantastic, all the way through. We were given all of the information we needed and the truck worked perfectly. We were so lucky that this U-Haul was there when we needed it! Thank you very much!

Jeff at Mill Creek Storage was the absolute best! From the very first phone call to the last day (over 2 years!) he has been very professional, helfpul and accomodating. His customer service skills are through the roof. In this day and age of poor customer service, he was a true delight! We will not only use him again in the future if needed, we will also HIGHLY recommend him and Mill Creek Storage to everyone we can.

Truck was filthy, reeked of cigarettes and had spilled sodas or something sticky on seat and floor. Fuel tank was on Empty. Truck was not the size we requested so now we have to rent another one - very disappointed.

Nothing wrong with this pick up but U-Haul didn't put the truck where it was supposed to be. I had to drive 80 miles out of my way at my expense to get the truck.

Worker was kind but we got the oldest looking truck in the lot, cold air was blowing in through everything, the seats and the room in the front felt more cramped than my Kia Soul. Also, we sweeped the u haul after seeing we could save 25 bucks from a sign inside our uhaul only to be told that our payement is not going to be adjusted. It felt like I was tricked into doing free labor.

This particular drop off does not have an on-site person….. ever. The drop off place has no cell service to log the return got charged an extra day because of it. I was refunded that extra charge after 45 minuets on hold with customer care. I will never rent from uhaul again.

I was met by the owner (?) who was pleasant and very helpful. The building was easily identifiable with many vehicles parked in front, and the signage was excellent and helpful.

A great facility for storage. The unit was clean, well lit, secure, and conveniently located. The only drawback was the cost of the unit ($120/mo for a 10x10). If the price was lower, I would have rented much longer. Despite this, thanks for providing a safe storage facility in Bishop.

This place has the greatest view to put you in a good mood whether you're leaving your items behind or picking them up. Always felt safe and secure. Staff is super friendly and only a walk or phone call away. It seems they have storage units to fit all your needs, small ones for hobbies, medium ones for the extras around the house or huge ones to fit your whole house in while waiting for your next home. Pricing is reasonable and set ups are a breeze. Did I mention the view? Simply gorgeous.

There were no personnel at the drop off location. It was in a remote area quite isolated. It was not even in the town of Bishop as I expected. Further, the staffing hours we’re not known to me until I was at the location. Fortunately, I was able to contact you all via telephone and the agent on the phone a story helpful and walked me through your self drop off process

The outside of the trailer was dirty , like it had been through wet muddy roads . There was a bolt at the front of the trailer , that was coming out , the wheel well was ripped and the trailer looked awful . I needed it so u took of . When I got home and opened it , it was filthy . I didn’t have a broom , all my suitcases and ice chests got so dirty from the floor . I was very disappointed.
