Checking in and checking out with UHaul app was a bit challenging. Not very intuitive. Also, when I checked in on the app, U-Haul tried to charge me for mileage for which I’d already prepaid.
Rickey PrughWalked in and was told he wasn’t there!! He was sitting in a chair. Was told he was deer hunting and he wanted to hurry up and get the trailer checked in so he could go hunt his deer. Then he insulted me by implying I couldn’t drive my own car well enough to park the small cargo trailer where he wanted it!!! This guy is rude and very condescending. Last year he was closed when his door hours said he was open. That day was told he was fishing. Why is he even a UHaul dealer if he’s too busy to be open?

Billy GodfreyThe truck had ashes of previous tobacco users in the cup holder and I was ask for $50.00 cash to hook the car tow dolly up to the truck. The other U-haul rental has pets inside the business along with birds, etc and I have allergies to pets, tobacco, mold so really DO NOT APPRECIATE such businesses as I seen.

Jason MartinTires on trailer we’re not roadworthy and should have been replaced before we left. U-Haul ended up replacing them during the use of the trailer. Other than that the trailer experience was great. It pulled very well and worked great.
RIchard BakerI ordered a dolly with my truck. However, there was no dolly when I picked up my truck. I had to go across town to another U-Haul location to get a dolly. At that place they said “they have to do a new contract”. I might have paid for the dolly twice. I had hired people to help me move and they were waiting while I was wasting time picking up this dolly, so I didn’t even have time to look at the contracts.

Linda HooperClean out the trailer before renting it again. Install chains from trailer to truck without them dragging, shorten them for the specific tow vehicle. The customer shouldn't have to do this.

Kenneth THOMASNo inspection with dealer. He was too busy. Mover helpers were 5 hours late, so I ended up driving all night to meet schedule unloading at destination. It was a move from hell. To get mt auto trailer, had to drive 140 miles, round trip. Not my idea of good times.
Frank SchweitzerI hurt my back attempting to lift the trailer and reconnect it to my truck at my home. I was not able to return the trailer on the day planned but Ron's Details was very supportive and worked with me to return it the next day. As far as the design of the trailer is concerned, it should have an integrated jack or lift (like on boat trailers) to help manage the hitching / unhitching process.

SCOTT DAVISThe people at Ron's went out of their way to help me. They had computer problems so they could not access the necessary U-Haul Programs so they called U-Haul for me. I spoke with a woman named Becky (check my contract for her last name) and she was AMAZING in helping me. Becky went above and beyond getting me better package for the move I was planning. william mclaurinOur only glitch was that the previous customer had dropped the truck off at the wrong location, so the rental man had trouble getting the truck checked in before he could rent it to us. We had an hour delay, but otherwise, Uhaul rocks!!!!
