Jason AThe person that rented the equipment, (5x8 enclosed trailer) was very helpful. She walked me through all the rental/insurance options and made sure the trailer was in good working condition. She hooked the trailer up to my truck and double checked everything before I left the lot. I would rent UHaul equipment again from this location.
Barrett BThe main headquarters of Uhaul changed my reservation at the last minute, telling me that my Kaufman TX location didn’t have a 26 footer (come to find out, the Kaufman location never does). So we had to change tons of plans last minute to get over to this location on time in Scurry, to get to our moving location in time to meet our hired moving team. It wasn’t Scurry’s fault that we didn’t get a moving dolly. Uhaul headquarters told everyone at the last minute. The Scurry location was already closed and couldn’t add a dolly to the truck.
