Jamie MarkI had zero issues with the location itself, but I had nothing but issues with the uhaul website and app. I ended up having to pay for an extra day because your app is a broken piece of garbage, and when I called customer support to sign the trailer back in, I was left on hold for 30 minutes before being hung up on. That happened twice. If you want to advertise 24H return service, you need to give 24H service. I am getting really tired of your shit customer support, uhaul.

DORCAS ROCKThe online booking that I made (after almost an hour on hold) was not able to be used by the person at the site because she kept getting an error. She rebooked the whole thing and then was finally able to give me my rental equipment. The dropoff location for the trailer I rented was entered incorrectly in my online reservation though.
MAJA BEGThe mobile booking experience was an absolute nightmare. Riverside had hidden the keys in the vehicle, but this was not known to anyone. When attempting to start the pick up process, the app stated that it must be handled manually. Called into the call center, and was passed around three times, eventually booking with another location 30 mins away. Called the Storage yard, and they let us know where the key was, so had to call back to Uhaul to reactivate the original rental. Overall, UHaul's process and technology needs help. Staff were great, and tried their best to rectify a horrible experience.

LARRY WARRENI order a 17' uhaul weeks in advance and was told I would have one and was sent a confirmation. When I went to pick it up I got a 10'. Was very angry because that caused us slot more time to move. Will never go back and have to rent another one soon. Joanne Williams
JOANNE WILLIAMSCouple of items that could have used improvement. Windshield wiper mechanism did not work. We filled it with fluid just in case that was the problem, but it was mechanical. We were asked to drop the truck for 9am. on sunday, however not told by Riverside that no one would be there to accept key and paperwork.

AMANDA CARMy original trailer had bad tires. because we were traveling long distance, the young lady put me into another unit. It was cleaned and ready to go. Tires pressures were not at recommended rating, but I took care of this before loading. Move to thunder bay went without any set backs, Thank You.

JUDITH LAWSONthe major issue was the right equipment was not available for me as per my reservation. This was not the fault of the Trenton location but U-Haul Corporate. This is the 2nd time I have rented in the past 3 years. I will not do business again with U-Haul. When I make a reservation I expect to get my booked equipment at the time and location of my reservation. I was advised that there was a 4'x8' trailer when I booked a 5'x9'. I would never have completed my move with the smaller trailer. It was up to me to call Montreal and try to arrange a suitable arrangement. Fortunately it worked out but there was definitely a possibility that it would not have. Never again.

STEVE MOULTONTruck was dirty inside the cab and in the box. Said it had half a tank of gas when it didn't. Thankfully I took a picture of the gas gauge. I went 7.5 miles (2 of which to the gas station) put in ten bucks. They accused me of not filling it up. Although when I showed her the picture she said it was ok. They did not look at the truck leaving only when it came back

sherri VossThis facility was poorly organized and I was the only customer in the business while I was there. I stood there for 45 minutes while they tried to figure out how to print a receipt and when I started to get impatience, refused to manually issue a receipt. The employees were not accommodating in any respect. The two employees were grossly incompetent and did not even attend with me to the truck to make sure it was in suitable condition. I would never rent from this location again.

JODY KUZMICHwe ordered a 17' and we given a 14'!! If i had wanted 14 i would have ordered it. We had to make 2 trips. we had 6 pices left for the 2nd trip what a waste of our time. The agent could not get the computer to work properly and had to wait at least 45 mins to get it started. over all it was a disaster bad back and knees after this one. won't use them again
