No drop box for keys that says U-Haul. There was a blue box and that’s where I put the keys. People at customer service were no help at all.
jacqueline hThat apartment you've I seen alot of ppl walking into and out I thought that was the way into the building but got stop by the ppl thatbwas leaving out of that apartment that I was going into the wrong door I no ppl that are on drugs plus the smell of. Weed coming out and the front door was not ip to par but inside od the real facility its nice the lady was very up to par she gave out good vibe lovely to speak with made mu life easier when having a storatage place for my sis an I was able to rent the uhaul diving this vehicle was ok alitlle ruff in the engine at time it sound like it wasn't to cut off but after I finish a light came 9n engine light it looked like but my overall inside the real building was excellent oh at night time being there to many ppl hanging out in there vehicle thinking that apartment is drawing ina lot of ppl if you get rid of the person I think your building would be better thank you

alfonzo LTruck was dirty in the whole cab and it smelled like cigarette smoke. I contacted U-Haul about it and nothing was done nor was I offered another truck. I also informed them of the service light and again wasn’t offered any assistance nor a replacement. Not happy.

LINDA GI really think that the $1.29 a mile is excessive, I could understand if it was a one way return at a different location but for local repeat customers I feel there should be some kind of reduction in the $1.29 rate, even in the form of a loyalty reward

Michael KBox was dirty, milage on paperwork didn't match odometer. Girl said she fixed the problem but it wasn't fixed and I got charged extra miles. I don't recommend this location to anyone. These people are making extra money off their customers by charging miles that the customer doesn't put on the truck.

Daniel LThe truck was completely on empty, almost didn't make it to gas station. It took $40 to get it to a quarter of a tank, which is what the contract said it should have had. Then we ordered an appliance dolly, which they could not locate, so we had to go to another U-Haul dealer to pick up an appliance dolly. The truck was a mess. We use U-Haul all the time, and have had several instances each time we rent and we have used numerous locations, but are still loyal customers.

Joyce PDon’t try to do an early pick up by U-Haul app nothing about it worked. A 6:30 pick up never happened I had to wait until 9 am when office opened after a 3 hour drive to get there. Personnel was not familiar with location but did the best he could after first truck assigned had no gas and wouldn’t start. Next truck not clean but worked well had to send customer behind me to another location.

Laura LUpon pickup the truck was very dirty and the back was unswept with broken glass. Inside the cab was food under the seat and someone’s dog leashes. We also felt the brakes were not up to par. The lady that helped us was very nice.

Larry WOnly suggestion we would recommend is that when you set up a 24 hour pick up the individual (U-Haul) would have more experience helping the customer. Luckly my husband and I ran into a lovely employee who herself didn’t have much training on how to use it. It worked it self out thankfully.
