The employee at the dropoff was wonderful, helpful and very open to assisting me on all aspects. The unfortunate part which was not her fault is I showed up at the drop off location made on my reservation which was Cascade Park, got inside and started automatic drop off procedures and discover Uhaul changed my drop off location like 20 minutes before that and I was locked into a self storage after hours and could not get out. Then I had to add miles to my gas and miles calculation to get to the new location. Overall, because of whatever changes you have made with your system trying to out-think people I had one of my worst experiences in using Uhaul.
