First of all the dolly I rented was the incorrect one and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to help me get the correct one. There was broken glass in the bed of the truck inside. I returned the truck Sunday morning and from my understanding the location I confirmed to return it to the day before I picked it up was not what was put down. It's now Wednesday and I still have U-Haul calling me about where the truck is even tho I returned it to this facility and dropped the keys in their drip box Sunday morning at 7am. I've been unsuccessful in reaching anyone at this facility to help me situate this problem. Apparently the woman I spoke with today said that they still have no put the truck in the system as being returned and I have still not been able to reach anyone about my dolly situation. I paid for an appliance dolly but had a regular utility dolly left inside the truck bed for me when u picked it up, terrible experience. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

The Rocky Branch Corner location has more U-Haul equipment, better communication, more useful options, and most of all, awesome customer service. Randy is helpful in every way. He stayed in phone with me personally during that difficult time just before you pick up your equipment when U-Haul doesn't know if your equipment will be at your favorite location, if at all! Randy got it all together… and on a tornado warning day! Highly recommended.

When I was asked for my method of payment I provided a card that I said I wanted to be used to hold until the U-Haul was returned and then use another card for payment. . I was assured that the card would be used “to hold” the payment and when I returned the U-Haul I could provide another method of payment. When reviewing my bank account later on that day I noticed the payment had been applied to that particular card. A couple of days later when I returned the U-Haul and inquired about using another card for the payment I was told since it was a one way rental the payment was already applied to the first card. I didn't appreciate being told one thing and it turned out to be another

I went to the Hattiesburg, Ms U-Haul located on Broadway Drive 1 week in advance...one day prior to pick up, was directed to a location 54 miles round trip from my home! While the Lady was nice and cordial at the pickup site, no way should a customer be required to drive great distances to rent a trailer.

My original reservation was at a location near to my home. The location was changed to this one. While they are nice and helpful, it was very inconvenient to have to drive so far out of my way. There was a reason for my initial reservation. I was not happy with the change.

This location and it's personnel were fine. The gentleman who took care of us was very friendly and helpful. My problem is with Uhaul. I reserved this equipment 6 weeks in advance and chose my pick up point that was convenient to me,THE CUSTOMER! 3 days prior to pick up Uhaul calls and says that I will have to pick up the equipment 20 miles out of my way. Get a grip Uhaul! When a customer gives you 6 weeks lead time have the equipment at the location requested.

Truck had not been swept out & gas was noted @ 1/4 tank & actually had closer to 1/8 tank! My son had to sweep out truck & go back to return location & add more gas to achieve at or above 1/4 tank (had between 1/8 & 1/4 tank!!
