Terrific experience
Anthony DStaten Island NY: I was able to reserve a 10Ft truck from a dealer on Bradley Ave. S.I. on the online portal five days in advance. Only to get a text from the rental location a few hour later telling me they did not a a truck available. however, there is another location in the general area that could accommodate me with the size truck i needed. the text sent had all my original rental info along with the new location contact info. I proceeded to call the "new" location they told me they were not a dealer just a location for holding U-Haul vehicles. Called back original dealer only for them to tell me they were no longer in business with U-Haul. The nightmare continued from there. In the end I was finally able to get the truck needed from U-Haul. Suggestions: 1- If Vehicle is not available from a specific location, I should NOT be able to reserve it online! 2-If dealer is longer an active dealer I should not be able to reserve anything with that dealer Online! However, The location at Port Richmond Ave did their best to accommodate me.
