The entire experience was excellent, from the rental to the return.
Susan PI wanted a 10' truck but had to get the 15' one as no 10' was available. The woman at the store was incredibly nice.
Michael HWe made a reservation but the truck was not available which messed up our plan and hence ended up spending more money, time and energy. We also explicitly said that we will drop off the furniture pad at Puyallup location (one way reservation) and we were told we were good. We dropped the furniture pads together with the truck in Puyallup but later a customer from Redmond rep called me and said I will have to bring the furniture pads back to Redmond location and if we will be charged. Overall very bad experience and seems to be normal. Fix your process and customer service.
Bishal BGreat process overall. Not related to this location but more general the online reservation tool can be a bit finicky and seems to indicate trucks are available at locations they sometimes are not. However this seemed to be when selecting a time when that location is closed (which you are then prompted to do a mobile check in). It all got sorted out just a learning experience. Id recommend selecting a time when a location is open then the reservation should be guaranteed. This particular location is excellent, great facility, lots of trucks, friendly staff.

Mark NThe odometer reading mentioned in the paper work was not aligned with the equipment odometer reading. That should be communicated clearly to the customer regarding the action item if in case of a discrepancy.
Viswanathan MThe fuel meter was faulty and I was forced to fill in 3 gallons of fuel for having driven the vehicle for 6 miles. After having filled 3 gallons suddenly after some time the fuel meter jumped up to show a fuel level higher than what I had received. The lady at the counter was of little help. I feel cheated for having over payed for fuel due to no fault of mine.

Nathan OThe "show video" function does not work correctly in the iPhone app. It aborts the transaction in progress, and it is not always possible to go back to complete it. I had to contact support to complete the transaction which they helped me with promptly.
Jan KWe had an issue with our truck. I called Customerservice Customerservice referred me to the app. Use the chat through the app. Then they told me to contact roadside assistance. That is too much runaround when you are in the middle of a move. My total wait time of being shuffled around was about 60 minutes, I complained about this issue to the Customerservice web when I returned the truck. She really could care less. The next day they took money out of my account. I asked them to return that money to me then the district manager named Jeffrey Schultz sent me a very rude message telling me that I owe them money and they were going to put my name in collections and I cannot use U-Haul no more until I pay the money. The money was paid in full Because they illegally took it out of my account the next day.
Katrina WIn the age of fraud through technology, your requirement to scan my divers license as oppose to taking my drivers license number, is absurd. At some point your system will be compromised and my drivers license and picture will be abused by some nefarious bad actor. You need to update your protocol to provide protection against fraud and not take a picture, via text message. Additionally, the female associate at this location was rude and dismissive of any concern, clearly without the expertise in the technology field. Not only was she rude, she was combative and simply stated "if you don't give us your license you can go somewhere else." Not very customer friendly in a small community in Redmond, WA.

Junu TFront screen and the front side of the vehicle were muddy and not washed. I did not select the safe move option but I am still charged. I did log a complaint to customer service but still, this amount is reflected in the bill.

Matt JI had a confirmed reservation made 3 days prior, when I went to get the truck, it was cancelled in the system. I had to hope there was another available truck, there was, but it was more expensive, I was boxed in with no choice. I have used U haul many times over the years, never have i had to check out on line. Counter/service person was mechanical/robotic in her assitance or lack there of.
WILLIAM NEverything about the check-in, check-out, and vehicle was to expectation. What was frustrating was that the vehicle only had 1/4 tank of gas upon pickup. This shouldn't happen in my opinion, a rental vehicle should come with no less than 3/4 of fuel instead of the renter having to manage the fuel for the entire trip. Seems like an easy policy for Uhaul to fix to make this a better experience. Thanks for considering. -Matt

We extended our rental and paid in full for the extra days, and instead of assisting us they threatened to report the vehicle stolen. I will NEVER rent from uHaul again because of the rudeness of this employee!
Maria SThere is a problem with the extra charge that they charged me for gasoline, when I delivered the truck the application did not let me take a photo, and only asked me to leave the keys in the key deposit box. The next day I received an extra gas charge, I put gas in the truck before leaving it and it left it at the same level as when I received it. I have a photo of the truck that was also below the level that the receipt document said when I received it. I need you to give me the photo when you received the truck to verify this.

peter mCheck engine light was on when receiving the truck. Utility hand cart not in truck even though ordered and requested. Forced to wait in line of several people to get utility hand cart. Truck has a roof leak on inside of cargo area. No backup camera. Thankfully I only had to go a few miles with it.
DAVID MMy experience with Uhaul was not good. I had to travel 85 miles out of my way to pick up my equipment. Then drive 85 miles back to load it up. I was given 5 days to use the equipment and no less than 12 hours later I am getting phone calls about when I will be dropping it off. I ended up returning it early because we were done with it early. Took it to the indicated location to return and was told they don’t accept trailers there!?? How am I supposed to return the truck but not the trailer? In the end I was able to leave it there but then I am getting messages about my drop off location/ there was not a record of me returning the equipment. Also I was charged 14 dollars for being 2 gallons short on gas?? There is no specific meter telling you exactly how many gallons the tank holds. 14 dollars for 2 gallons is silly. A half a tank is a half a tank. Treat your customers better. I will not be using your services again.

gary gIncredibly difficult process to pick up . No cleat signage indicating where exactly to go since it wasn’t a uhaul facility. Customer service agent Mercedes was rude and not pleasant to deal with. One of the dashboard lights stayed on the entire time I had the rental indicating that maybe there was a problem. The truck was shaky.
