The man at the store was lovely and was as helpful as he could be. The booking software he had to work with was very slow and provided incorrect size information regarding which size truck could move the item we needed to move. The gas tank was empty on delivery. I had to return the van without being able to move the piece of furniture for which I had specifically booked the van to move.

Went very smooth
Natalie DNo designated parking for UHaul vehicle. Store wasn’t open when we arrived for pick up at reserved time. Vehicle was less than an eighth of a tank when picked up so we had to drive straight to a gas station. I didn’t want a dolly, but it was in the vehicle loose in the back.. so it was just in the way.
Corey WI think you should investigate your dealer- did not know what they were doing, double charged me, 40 min to check in, hassle getting refund on double billing. I can not believe a professional organization like U-Haul would be associated with these clowns.

Pamela BWasn't able to get in when business was supposed to be open, took long time to get rental even after. Got ticket as area I parked in was fine and took so long that it became paid and I got a ticket.
