RICHARD L.After the paperwork was shined I noticed damage on the truck that was not marked. I asked the person assisting me about it. She went back in her business to call her supervisor. She came back out and showed where it was marked on my paper. When we arrived at our destination after driving all day thru rain I noticed some of my boxes were wet inside the truck. As I was looking over the paperwork to find what I needed do to resolve the damaged personal belongings I turned the paper over that was attached to my paperwork to find the person we dealt with had added a note on the back saying the truck had been patched and we had assumed responsibility for any water damage. All the other writing and signatures were in blue ink. The added note was in black ink.
