My go to place to rent from Uhaul, the staff are amazing and customer service is top of the line!!

The uhaul app did not allow me to pick the vehicle up it would not recognize my location. I had to call in twice and still wasn't able to resolve the issue. I was late an hour picking up the truck. The back door is so tight you can barely open or close the door, you have to reef it open and close.

The trailer we rented was not big enough for the truck we were moving after being told it would be and therefore we couldn’t use it and returned it and still ended up having to call a tow truck to move the truck and we’re out the money for a trailer that we could not even use.

Found both ladies working rude. We were not told much needed info about the drop off process and got a call that they could not find the keys , we had been told to leave them in the drop box , she never mentioned any other steps. The communication and customer service was lacking. We would probably not choose to use this location in the future.

Did not receive assistance with drop off of the rental, ie. helping back up to the specific spot they wanted the unit. Office manager was helpful in navigating issue caused by pick up location but overall no issue was solved by anyone.

The drop off location was closed. Also the drop off location had limited room in their parking lot for my 26 foot unit and car hauler. I made it work but it was challenging. The unit I used needs a overall inspection mechanically. Brakes were squeaking and issues with steering. Please, let someone know about this unit.
