Rude, uncaring if I was there or not, second time gas refill issue although I had picture of gas levels and receipt from near gas station, had to ask if I was good to go and if I'd get a receipt of my transaction. I will not drop off here again but will drive out of my way to a more professionally operated business.

Ken BRunning lights didn't work on either trailer we tried. Tried with 2 different vehicles also to eliminate the possibility of it being our vehicle problem. We also pull other trailers with no problem. Brake and turn signals worked good.

Harshadkumar PCustomer service at location was good. Someone at Uhaul changed my drop off location. I did not make this change! An email notifying me of this change was sent while I was in the truck and wasn't aware of this unauthorized change until I reached my selected drop off location in Pulaski. The unauthorized change caused was very upsetting. The people at Pulaski Pawn corrected the problem. I was happy with the service at this location but will not recommend Uhaul again!

Lynn CI ordered a 20 foot truck, so rep sent me to this location. Keys didn’t match up, spent hours on phone trying to fix all this. Finally left in smaller truck, with no appliances dolly.

Luke CThis inside of the cab looked like it had never been wiped down ever before. That’s not even the worst of it, something was wrong with the front tires and the trick shook so bad I could hardly stand it. What a terrible drive, it didn’t matter what speed I was at the truck was shaking and it wasn’t shaking just a little bit, the whole cab was shaking!
RYAN HWhy are we talking about locations? First off I had a reservation for a smaller truck. When I arrived at that location I was told there were no trucks available. That's not the locations fault. You had it listed as available online and yet it wasn't available. U-Haul also lied to me on the website stating that my reservation was guaranteed and I would receive $50 in the event that my truck wasn't available. I never received the $50. I was inconvenienced and had to go 60 miles out of my way to pick up a truck that was WAY bigger than what I needed. It cost me more in mileage and fuel as an end result. Doubt I will be using U-Haul again. It's nice of you guy to immediately give a place where we can blame the actual location for the dropping of the ball. This isn't the locations fault. This is the fault of whoever is keeping up with the location and availability of all equipment and keeping this information correct on the website. And it stated on the website that I would be credited $50 if you guys dropped the ball on my reservation. That was a lie. I never received the $50 after being totally inconvenienced by U-Haul. This has nothing to do with either the pick up or drop off locations. This has to do with inaccurate information on equipment availability that has been updated to U-Hauls online website and database. Stop blaming the pick up and drop off locations for things that are a very obvious internal issue. So, there's my 2 cents. Scott Benton

Margaret HI have rented U-Haul rentals from this location and he is helpful. The Dolly's right blinker wasn't working. He changed cords and was then working. I'd recommend this location to anyone that needs a U-Haul.
