It was easy and simple to reserve online. The uhaul was parked out front and the experience was very professional and smooth. The only thing that would have made it better was if they had warm donuts and coffee waiting. Thanks for making a tough job easier. 😀

brenda BFix truck so others things won't get soaked inside the cab .at least notify me about leak. Xbox is ruined due to water damage and no body offered a y assistance even with insurance. Then to charge me more money after the fact. Not using uhaul again

JAMES MI’m giving this a five star rating because this specific place did great. However I made a reservation to pickup in Pulaski, TN. They did not have a truck for us so we had to go to Lawrenceburg 20 minutes away. The first location they sent us to in lawrenceburg was closed with no truck. Customer service then sent us to a third location and we finally got a truck. We were told we would get 30 free miles but I was charged for them. Overall I’m satisfied with the locations named but not the Uhaul experience. Everyone was friendly but not organized.

RONALD BExperience was fine, but location was an hour from my house and the closest available with the equipment and date I needed. Perhaps a feature on the site that allows the user to flex dates/equipment/pick up locations.

Richard CWas told I could drop off anywhere then drove it to a drop off location by my house and was told that wasn’t the case and had to make a special trip the next day to drop it off out of my way. Had to drive 45 mins to the drop off location.

Hugh NI would secure the key better than just throwing it in the bed of the truck itself. Like use a combination lock and if you want the lock left in place leave a drop box to put the lock in before leaving out on a one-way trip.
