The location was 10/10. The corporate experience was poor 2/10. My online check-in didn’t work, i spent an hour on the phone to resolve it. I was promised free miles but was charged for it. I filled the tank to 50% and was charged for 3 gallons of fuel. My dates and times were constantly changing and showed cancelled while I had already returned the vehicle.
