Jose SWhen we arrived for our truck, we were an hour early. There was no truck there for us and they said that our location had been changed to about 10 miles away. The women helping us contacted the other location and there was no truck for us there because it hadn't been returned yet. We were given the number of a u-haul rep. that, after an hour of searching, told us there was a truck available 40 miles away in the wrong direction. When we arrived at the location, the truck was there but they were unable to complete the transaction because the uhaul web site was down. I left several voice and text messages for the uhaul rep. but did not get a response. We waited for an hour and I was about to call another location the service station recommended but received a call from the Uhaul rep. She was able to complete the transaction for us and we received the truck. I do not blame the locations, I blame the Uhaul company and I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB. After all of my issues, U-haul refunded me $50. That barely pays for the gas required to drive the truck 40 miles. The issues we endured took 4 hours out of our moving day. I was planning to return the truck that same day and head back home. Instead I had to pay $185 for a crappy room in a motel 6 and return the truck the next day.

Jonathan HWe spent over 2 hours stuck in a ditch only to find out you were not honoring your roadside assistance AT ALL!! WE HAD TO CALL AN OUTSIDE TOW COMPANY TO PULL US OUT AND YET WE WERE STILL CHARGED $197 because it was late a day, which would have been avoided if you would have came out to pull your truck out. I’m enraged that I paid all that money for issues like this and you U-HAUL, chose NOT to honor your own contract!!!!!! I am due a refund of some kind because this is not at all ACCEPTABLE!!

stephen sFix the trucks suspension system, it drove like a log wagon. I would also recommend that it have a front end alignment done as it constantly pulled to the right.

debora bI was not pleased with the truck quality. Had multiple problems and it wasn’t at the location it was supposed to be. Plus I had to drive all around to Try to find a dolly and pads that I had ordered online and nobody in Goldsboro had them so my satisfaction of the service was fine but I’m not very satisfied with the quality of the truck or the issue of not having what I needed that I ordered online to have ready somebody can call me back at 386-566-9672
