Nothing to improve. Both times that I rented a VAN there at the Glendora UHaul, everything went perfectly. Mike &/or Sherry will get right on your request quickly & get you in & out in a personable & professional way. They truly accommodate you. They just laid new flooring at their cost & office looks clean & neat. I'm very happy with this business.

Truck was older but ran well. Passenger door lock didn't work, I had to go through drivers side to unlock door. It would be nice get trucks with cruise control and ones that get better gas mileage. It did run well, but used a lot of fuel on the hills.

Smoking in a rental car/ van should not be allowed. The van smelled so bad, I couldn't drive it without having the windows open even in the cold. It was not cleaned either. This was a very bad experience 👎

It was so hard returning the uhaul. The rep never mentioned that the drop off point was in the alley. Then they charged me $3,293.72 in error. They should have only charged me $90 for the gas. When I told the rep she made a mistake she was very indifferent about it and didn't apologize. Now, I'm waiting for the correction to return my money.

I had specifically signed up that the truck I rented be picked up at one location and dropped off at another. When I picked it up, they said I had to return it to the same place. The website got my request very long and it cost me a lot more money (around $100 more minus taxes). I was very displeased with this especially with the cost of moving.

I only used it for four hours. Wish there was a little discount on it. I didn't need it for 24 hours. And the AC really wasn't working that well and it was really extremely hot today.

The equipment was clean but something was off with the truck it was so noisy and the floor was crazy hot. It felt like it could come apart. If it wasn't an emergency situation I would've waited and gone to the tire shop in town to rent a truck because it is so easy. No fault of the pack and post staff but waiting in line for people to post package sucks when it is going to make your drive longer. The gas was super low so I had to stop for gas immediately also adding to the drive time. I will say the inside was extremely clean.

We rented a truck and a utility trailer we needed to move a golf cart to Palm Springs area. The Air Condition in the truck was broken and did not work. Palm Springs was over 93 degrees and it was an oven inside the truck. We called and we were told to go back where we rented the truck, and or call road service. Both solutions were poor, we spoke to the owner of the franchise and he said he could not help us. We called customer service and it was a poor experience. We will ask for our money back!!!

I used the on-site self serve process. It is an extremely long process when you run into problems. I had to wait online and call customer service at least 3 times. Overall, it took over 90 minutes to complete the entire pick up process. In the future I will not use this method.

I was told I was getting a 100 VIP CREDIT ON MY ORDER DUE TO TRUCK BROKE DOWN. I got a calm from a manager and was told “ sorry for the trouble and with that I will give you a $100 vip credit towards your next truck rental. I have yet to receive and was charged full price

Well I did expect both headlights to work, but didn't find this out till we were in the of nowhere. Also the tyre malfunction warning system going off, so was it worth the $479.00 for the 29 hours we had it NO not even close.
