The owner at this location was very professional and kind. He helped me with a speedy check in/check out and upgraded my reservation free of charge! Definitely recommend this location for a hassle free truck rental experience.

Worked with a great guy that had me in and out in no time
Ara AWhile the equipment was clean enough, the tire pressure light was not working properly and the gas tank had a leak. We called roadside assistance, and it took 2.5 hours to get someone to help. The hole was patched, but it started leaking again when we returned the truck and had to park it on an incline. The nearly 3 hour delay in getting help caused us to miss our 6 pm return time, which occasioned an additional day's rental charge. All in all, it was not a pleasant day.
Lynn WManager was extremely kind and helpful. Boy did he know his stuff. He has been doing his job there since 1980ies. I would recommend him and his capabilities any time to anyone!

ken kThe agent ignored the battery light after I pointed it out. The battery died and it took 6 hours for your repair service to fix it. It got to its destination but died again on the way back. Had to be towed. I expect a full refund.

juan rI booked a truck at a location several weeks ahead. The night before they call and say I have to go to a further away location to get the truck. This resulted in more time, mileage, and money. They should have moved a truck over to the location I booked at. They are not reliable.

Lolith TStated I drove two hundred miles when I drove one hundred. I should’ve taken pictures but the gentleman seemed like an honest man. Secondly the back - which is why rented the truck to put my clean furniture In - was caked in mud and he tried to sweep it out quickly. Lastly I had no problem putting gas In the truck but he knew I wasn’t from The area and needed the truck one more day so I dropped it off on time hoping to extend a day. The gentleman didn’t answer his calls all day hence the reason I rushed back but then closed 2 hours early because he was “tired”. At the point I was over was already out of town when I finally heard from him.

Christian DThis location was closed with no sign posted on the door of the building! I unloaded the trailer with the help of the adjoining liquor store employee and one of the employees of the adjoining auto repair center. I called the UHaul national call center to report that I had returned the 6X12 enclosed trailer ON TIME. The small size of the parking of this Uhaul location is EXTREMELY SMALL and is not user friendly when returning equipment! IF THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED, THEN IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN LISTED ON THE UHAUL WEBSITE!!!

NICHOLAS SYou need to equip your trailers with built-in ramps. I had heavy stuff that was very difficult to get in and out of my trailer without a ramp. And if you don’t provide ramps in your trailers, you need to clarify that on your website. I didn’t know my trailer didn’t come with a ramp until it was too late, and I didn’t think to ask ahead of time because I assumed that your trailers came equipped with ramps just like your moving trucks. Doesn’t make sense to include ramps in the trucks but not the trailers

I wasn't going to be able to make it back in time before the lot was closed up, I was about to drive my car a couple blocks and walk back when Sam offered to move his car to another spot in the lot allowing me to park in his private spot so pickup would be easy. 11/10.
