Jake kurt and the other gentleman I worked with were phenomenal!!! They made the process so easy and were very polite and super friendly. I would highly recommend sensible storage solutions to rent a U-Haul to anyone. Thanks you guys and I’ll be seeing you soon to rent another truck. lol

Truck was nearly new and in good condition; ready for service. Car trailer had been returned prior evening and had not been inspected/prep'ed for service. Rental agent expressed no experience with the rental and had to call his supervisor to complete the rental transaction. I had brought my vehicle in the prior day for compatibility check with the car carrier but dealer did not perform compatibility check and instead instructed me to return the following day to pick up the truck and trailer.

NICHOLAS SMITHAlthough the truck made a few noises from different locations and the tires started off kind of bumpy but leveled out as the trip went on it took me the 180 mile one way trip with no events. My only complaint was that the interior windshield has been wiped off when wet but not cleaned and was hard to see with a bright sunny day.

Vicky CunninghamPut the equipment that is rented in the truck that is rented. I was supposed to have an appliance cart. I had to get one from another bender, and I have to figure out how to get credit for the cart I didn't get.
Sean LillieThe computers being used in this office were extremely slow, which is a bit aggravating and delays the process of picking up equipment which in turn costs u-haul and its customers time, which increases costs. I suggest investing in a core i7 or i9 system to increase speed, save time, and make customers happy. Happy customers return and talk!
