Christina H1) Install better internet connectivity features 2) Spent to much time trying to get connected to fulfill your internet compliance from your location... 3) Tried to connect via phone from home and could not complete transaction had to end up calling in for help... 4) Poor accessibility to locations closer to me... Had ro drive over 40 miles round trip to get my trailer to se when there are other facilities much nearer to Branford FL..

Laticia SNot the owners fault, however halfway through the trip a service light came on as well as the ABS light and I could no longer use the cruise control. I reported that to the drop off location. I really needed this big truck for my move and I appreciate that it was available for me to do so.

BARONIO JThere was broken glass on the floor of the 26' truck that we rented and there was trash behind the seat in the cab. However, the truck ran and handled well, got surprisingly good gas mileage for such a large vehicle. The staff at Personal Mini Storage were professional, courteous and efficient during both the pickup and the return of the vehicle.

Diana FI think her name is Jackie , but she was very helpful and kind and also took care of my rental from start to finish.. everyone has different reasons for a moving truck, mine was a family emergency situation,and already feeling down, she took the pressure off and made this event an ease.. I would highly recommend her and her location for the small town feel and compassion..

BRYON BThey double charged me for my rental and when I finally reached Uhaul international all they could say was it pended my money a second time and I will get it back inten 10days and they definitely have something suspicious even if you are precise like me and fill the tank to the exact amount as when you left, they will say you still owe for gas be careful something fishy about that ! High springs mini storage is shady

Robert SYour company gave the wrong address and text number of someone else on the contract. The wrong phone number and contact person was alerted !! This person had to spend two days finding out if they wrong person was charged a fee !!! Very poor management by your company !!

RICHARD SThe van was not clean, the staff could care less, the price was much higher than quoted, after driving an hour and a half to find a location that had the vehicle I needed. Then when I returned it, the same guy got mad at me because I asked for a receipt and final cost. Apparently it was TOO MUCH TO ASK for him to confirm the condition of the van.
