Herberto DearaujoFirst of all the staff person, Kristin was the most helpful, nice person that you would ever want to meet. That is the positive. Here is the negative. This is supposed to be a climate controlled storage of which I had paid 375 per month to store my furniture and household supplies for 3 years. When I finally had my items removed, My leather sectional was eaten up from rodents and damaged from mold. Rodent droppings were all over my belongings. This was disgusting and unacceptable for the money I have paid to store my belongings safely. Very disappointing.
Cheryl Ory | Overall ExperienceThe vehicle needed maintenance work. I am not a mechanic however the vehicle may need shocks. Also the mobile process for dropping the vehicle back need to be improved. Way too complicated.
Nichole DonaldWhen I returned the truck I had to take the pictures three different times, in the rain. When was looking for a U-Haul , the amount said.89 a mile and I was charged a lot more than that. Plus nothing was stated about fuel.

Julene LloydI was returning the vehicle and did not receive the gate code to be able to return the vehicle inside the gate. I had to call customer service to get in and after completing that call and going through the gate when I went back to the app to complete returning the vehicle it said I had no active rentals. Either tell people to remember the gate code at pickup for return or give them another gate code on return.

John TennesseeYou guys service is horrible. When I picked up the uhaul my equipment was not in the car. So I had to leave it. I called to get a refund and the customer service rep transferred me multiple times. When I did speak with someone she told me I will see my money credited back into my account but it never came. She made me a new reservation and when I got to the location the gate was locked and I didn’t have the code. I had to wait for an hour until someone came to enter the code. This was a horrible experience for me and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

tamara conwellFirst off I was never giving instructions on how to pick up my truck. The email confirmation that was sent instructed me to log in to my account and select pick up my truck. Well there was no option to pick up my truck! I called customer service when I got to my location because, well it couldn’t find my location. I followed the instructions provided but that also was not working. The representative in the phone instructed me in the correct way to turn my location on. Then once I got to the truck the code provided did not unlock the pad lock for me to retrieve my key. Lucky there was another truck available and the representative posted my account for said truck.I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER use 24/7 for truck pick up. If someone from corporate could contact me that would be great! It took me over 45 minutes to finally drive off the lot!!!!!!!

The thing that I don’t like was that the truck wasn’t park right outside where they normally have customer waiting for it .. it was park too dammed far and the guy look to dammed lazy . Fck him
Giang NguyenDo something about the price. It is way over priced for someone like me who only rented the truck for a little over an hour. Ended up paying $80 to rent a $19.99 truck for 1.5 hours and only drove 30 miles.
