The place scammed me out of 15 dollars for fuel .why is this place even on uhaul ..they open and close and they wish ....charge cleaning or fuel.charges ...gonna chargeback because this is fraud ..dump these 0 star dumps from your system ...

I understand that the majority of these vehicles are used in town, however, they should consider renting better trucks to customers who are traveling out of town.

Arnoldo GI was charged for going over the mileage. I should not pay for the miles that I had gone over due to picking up the truck at a different location then where I had reserved it it was a big inconvenience for not having a dolly at the time of picking up the truck

SHAWN HThe truck was beyond nasty, dirty and smell like shit. They didn’t care to take time to clean it. I had to throws food bags from previous rental. I was very disappointed at least they should clean it.
SAMI AMake sure you are charging accordingly since I was overcharged the fuel. When the truck was given to me the tank wasn’t full and I filled it up just how it was when it was given to me.

Scarlette GAlthough I’ve rented equipment in the past several times without a hitch, and consider U-Haul and their franchises well run, this was the first time I used the first self pick up and return system. The process is not intuitive as far as I’m concerned. When I made the reservation, I entered all the information that I was asked to provide. When I picked up the van, I had to reenter several pieces of information again and either cell service (I had plenty of signal) is slow here or U-Haul’s system is overloaded. Upon returning the van, I had to lock and unlock the van because I thought I was done and then found out I had to take more images. I suggest U-Haul provide a procedure of the process so people understand the process. I believe this would help first timers, specially if they’re Seniors like me.
