For 17mls he TOOK $159+ …from $117 deposit for 30mls..IT WAS A VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I have be stopping by this gas station for over 3yrs.

The rental rep. gave me false information over and over, fuel tank was one line away from full, I filled it the same before returning the van, and they ended up charging me for a full tank. Every piece of information was false and twisted. It was very disappointing

ching zhaoDriver side mirror was loose and fell off during my rental Blankets were dirty and one had been in use by the gas station attendant as a cushion for his chair It took over 30 min for me to get the truck as they had issues getting ahold of their manager to clear me while also only one person on duty whom was also working gas pumps and the store inside.

timothy HealeyThe tire pressure light was on in the van. The dash showed that the pressure was just slighly lower in one time than the others. For my local move it was not an issue at all, but it is something that someone could have caught between rentals and put air in the tire at a minimum. Thank you.

AARON CLEMONSFirst, when I was picking up my reserved truck the attendant on duty was not well informed on performing his job. I was being charged more than what my reservation stated. When I challenged this, he could not explain why. He made no attempt to get to the root cause, but instead told me several guesses of what it could be. When I asked him questions, he gave me wrong answers. For example, I asked him if the total included the hand truck, and he said no, but in fact it did. Second, when I returned the truck, the attendant on duty did not speak English which made executing the transaction very difficult. On top of this, he was rude, deciding to speak on his mobile phone during most of the transaction.

Wayne RooksThe manager “Charles” was NASTY once he’d secured our rental - was impatient that we couldn’t immediately produce out prof of insurance (tho we’d just returned a UHaul truck to NJ - he was NOT nice (except on phone making reservation) - show up to get paneling truck & he was an a-hole! I had my insurance info, but he was so demanding/impatient he basically made us buy the insurance from UHaul - location there needs to have a kinder person -they had “stalking” staff watching everyone in quick mart/gas station - UHaul could do MUCH better with a more people-person (struck me as someone illegal & trying to steal MY information). His “shop” also was not kind to anyone buying anything - including bottles of water! No need for that in summer heat -but had a great experience w/UHaul nearer NJ airport returning 20’ truck - except left behind seat some baby spoons for our one & only granddaughter, but I will get over it…
