MICHELE DThe person running the place that day was rude. I had done the online check in and paid for the truck, dolly and quilts before I got there. Once there, he notified me there was no dollies. He took us outside and pointed us to a truck and said "the big one in the back is yours" and then went back inside. We opened the back of the truck to find it dirty....leaves, acorns, big spiders, and black dirt on the floor. We did find a dolly in the truck but no quilts. When I went back in the store he told me "ooh yeah, we don't have those either and I already credited your account." There needs to be a way for these stores to notify customers that they do not have everything they ordered so the customer can change to a location that does. I had to buy quilts from Lowes. Not a good day at all.

Yamil KPainful pickup process. Had to delay moving a day due to crashes server (uhaul refuses to take blame). Took 45 minutes to get reservation, but my 4 hour reservation wasn’t extended to reflect delay. Truck had faulty key switch. Location was fine and not at fault. Overall, UHaul could teach a college course on how not to run a business. Luckily my moving is done for the foreseeable future and I will never give my business to them again.
Hudson CThe renter told me...oh don't worry about tolls, they will just be billed to you. I wasn't told about the $30 administrative fee if not paid in 7 days after emailed. Your company is trying to rip people off and I am reporting to BBB. Was a used face mask on the floor of the vehicle when picked up.
Eric JThe truck was clean. It was a pain to start the engine, though. It would act like the steering wheel was locked. I tried moving the steering wheel to get it to work, I tried with the parking break on, and off. Sometimes I wouldn't do anything and it would just kick on. The check engine light was also on the entire time I had it, but seemed to go away right when I parked it to return it. It severely delayed my time table, as some times it would take 10 minutes just to start it.

YESENIA TThe initial worker seemed to not know the process. She told me she only works one day a week. Truck was dirty. Asked if she had anything to disinfect the cabin. She said they don’t do that. Called today to see about my final receipt. Person on the phone was extremely rude stating that they were a third party. To contact Uhaul. Hardly could understand him. Also hung up on me. I have a reservation at another location for Friday and will probably cancel it. Please call me (407) 461-2286. Want to know what was the final bill and how to obtain a copy. This was for a non profit organization food drive. Thank you in advance for your help.
Fortunato PYou cannot pay in cash once the equipment is delivered. The equipment was not completely clean in the cabin. This office is a commercial ally of Uhaul is not an office of Uhaul

Abdul HEasy app to schedule the U-Haul and the key drop box was convenient. The truck was easy to drive and pretty much clean besides the cup holders. We will use again and recommend to others.

Luue TThe front of the store was fine. The back of the store (where the key drop-off was located) was disgusting. This is not totally the fault of Pakmail (there are other businesses also). However, no customer should have to see / drive through that.
Michael BThe website consistantly kicked me out in the middle of the pick up and drop off. It took 45 minutes for me to pick up...not the 5 minutes advertised. Additionally, the key box is not located close to where the truck is parked so I had to end up calling pakmail to get the key anyways.

MAKSIN TI will never rent uhual again. Truck had a couple things in the back and I had to get a jump 3 times the guy at the location took 11 dollars off only. but it was a really big inconvenience for me having a truck with a bad battery very unpleasant
Jesus AThey had none of the furniture pads I had reserved, and I was stuck taking the only dolly they had. The store didn't open on time and my whole move was delayed. I will at least say that the store representative was very nice and tried to accommodate despite the lack of materials.
Stephen MThe location was in a strip mall and was closed on Sunday.The truck was to be left behind the building, there was no information on this either at the front of building or from other dealers. This was a one way rental and luckily my daughter was able to finish drop off Monday
Rick DWhile online, I ordered 2 dozen furinuture pads, and a dolly......niether was available, nor even recorded on his computor. Also, the cost was far higher than I was quoted online.....$813 vrs. the $974 that I paid. Your online quotes are a gimmick I think, and I would not recommend U-Haul for anything ever again. I paid you your money, and I suppose that you can only smile at me, perhaps even laugh. Thanks for your great lieage, I appreciate it.

Paulino Rpersonnel complained that I shouldn't have brought the uhaul to that location even though uhaul were the ones who suggested I take it there. very small location- didn't have enough room for another truck and definitely didn't have room for the dolly and blankets. He argued with me over the amount of gas. when I had left Maryland, Hewitts had marked half a tank with their yellow highlighter. when I went to start it up there was a little less than half. I marked their copy and my copy with initials stating that. when I got to orlando he insisted that hewitts mark was the only legitimate mark and I should have put more gas in the truck. He finally gave in when I pointed out my line with the initials for the second time. He said I should have been sent to the main moving and storage facility but once again it was uhaul that recommended this location. Will still use uhaul for further moves but not this location.

CHRISTOPHER DWorst experience to date using Uhaul. I'm tired of getting a phone call telling me to return the truck to a location uhaul feels is acceptable. PS. Orange Blossom Trail is now where near convenient to my home address. Your rental location are literally just for pick up according to these store owners. Ridiculous!

william sThis location was supposed to call me if a truck is available after I submitted a reservation with Uhaul. However, the person never called and I had to find out myself where to pick up the truck. The location itself is almost not to find as it is a Pakmail Station and there is no sign or sticker indicating that this is a Uhaul station. Had to call to find the location.
Tina GNo u-haul markings the uhaul gps/directions took me past store down to a circle a few streets and back. Nowhere to park. The owner made me back truck into parking stall which was not easily accessible. If I were uhaul I'd revoke the person's license. It is just a mail store and he is trying to get every piece of the pie.

ANGEL Athere is absolutely no sign that says U-Haul on that store and I couldn't understand what the person was saying. The guy was not clear about where to park the truck he gave hand signals and when I came in the store he said that I had to park the truck behind the store.
JOSE GEmployee at the store was extremely unfamiliar with the Pick-up process, even having to call someone to help process the payment. I was asked to complete the vehicle inspection paperwork and sign in all of the appropriate places because he didn't really know where I should sign. I was fearful of exposing myself to unwarranted financial risk with the Safe Move portion, but I needed that vehicle, so I couln't just walk away without it.
PAUL LHAVE THEM CALL AND CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION, IF ITS A ONE WAY OR NOT. MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE TRUCK THE CUSTOMER NEEDS! AND IF THEY DONT THEN SOMEONE SHOULD DRIVE THE TRUCK OVER, NOT MAKE THE CUSTOMER DRIVE ALL OVER TOWN! AND IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT PLEASED YOU SHOULD OFFER SOME KIND OF DISCOUNT OR A DAMN COFFEE, NOT "I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT". BECAUSE THEY CANNN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
BRITTIANNA PThe drivers side of the seat was partially broken down to the point that while driving I was actually tilted with one hip about 6" higher than the other. I am a female and do not weigh a lot so I couldn't get the set to even out. It caused my back to spasm while driving the truck. This was the only truck available at this location so I could not exchange for another truck.
