Joseph BThere workers are the worst very rude they even try to over charge me for 114 miles extra Antonio Mendez called me saying I had added 300 miles when it was only 186 miles and that it was missing gas tryed to rip me off good thing I took pictures of the U haul before taking it and when I had it back also asked to speak to a supervisor or someone else but they didn't even have no one to talk to Uhaul was not even clean the back was greasy so had to buy cleaning supplies and clean it before even putting my stuff now worth renting there

rea bTony at U-Haul took very good care of me and my moving needs. He did a through check out when I picked up the truck. He adjusted my mirror's, checked my fuel level and made sure that I was comfortable when leaving with the truck. Great service, positive expeirence.

Javier MWhile this location was easy to get to and the gentleman was friendly, our preferred location for pick up was in Azusa - we were notified the day before our move that we would have to drive from AZUSA to LONG BEACH to pick this up. We intended to pick up the truck in our city the morning of our move but ended up having to drive in hours of traffic the night before to pick up the truck, fight with our HOA about having the truck there overnight and on top of that UHAUL made us pay additional money to pick up the truck from this location. All in all we added about 4 hours of driving, and alot of stress that was not needed. The truck was really nice and overall minus the change in schedule, this was a positive experience.
