Had to pay for a weekend that I didn't need due to facility was closed over the weekend and I needed to leave before they would open, so I had to pick it up Friday so I was charged for the weekend that I didn't need.

THERESA ARTHEROverweg Repair went above and beyond to make things right after U-haul itself dropped the ball. We made reservations a month prior and found out the night before we needed to pack it that we couldn’t pick it up from half hour away. This resulted in a day being taken off from work and a 6 hour round trip. Thanks for nothing U-haul.

Fidel ZebaduaI was very unhappy with UHaul, I did not order the utility cart but was charged for it. When I ordered the trailer online it showed $18.95 to rent it and then when I got the bill I was charged for 3 days. I only needed it for one day but had to pick it up on Friday because the place was not open on a Saturday.

Bob LantzThere was an error on the paperwork. Checked out the trailer at 9:45 was marked it to return at 10. Oops. Other than that minor glitch it was smooth as glass. Employees showed care and concern.

MARVIN COOKnot fuck customers over by charging them for 22 extra miles when they drove directly to the moving location. especially when I had to drive 40 extra miles to pick up the truck in a different town.
Mike DemeryGot a call the night before my pickup which was supposed to be in Mitchell, SD saying I had to drive to Kimball which was 40 minutes out of my way BOTH ways. Asked if we could pickup from Sioux Falls instead because I know they have a ton of U-Hauls available there and we were coming from there and they said I couldn’t. Not impressed.

Ron GillenWe made the reservation in Chamberlain. Several trucks were on the lot. We were assured that one of them would be there for us. On our day, none were available. We drove to Kimball and they were great in getting us going. Why bother to make a reservation if someone else can walk in and get your truck?

Mark LeonardThe staff at Overweg was fantastic. Winner, however, was not...neither was the regional staff. They were more concerned about themselves than the customer. But again, Overweg was the exception...they were a shining light amidst the darkness. They have a knowledgable and sincere staff who is willing to go out of their way for the good of the customer and the equipment.
