DO NOT MAKE THE "CONTINUE WITH YOUR ORDER BUTTON A SMALL HYPERLINK BENEATH THE LARGER BUTTON TO BUY MORE. KEEP UPDATING THE APP UNTIL IT WORKS. TRAIN EMPLOYEES TO NOT LIE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT BECOMING FRUSTRATED. EMPOWER EMPLOYEES TO ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO HELP OR COMPENSATE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTIES WITH THE CLUNKY SOPS OF UHAUL SO THAT A POOR EXPERIENCE CAN BE MITIGATED. UHAUL'S TECHNOLOGY HAD ISSUES ON BOTH THE PICKUP AND RETURN. 1-2 HOURS OF MY TIME WAS WASTED. ONE EMPLOYEE CALLED MY WIFE AND EXPRESSED FRUSTRATION AND RUDENESS (THIS WAS THREE PEOPLE UP THE MANAGEMENT CHAIN. WHEN YOU ARE RUNNING A BUSINESS, PROVIDING FOR OTHERS, AND ON A TIMELINE, A $50 REBATE CHECK DOESN'T COVER OR COMPENSATE FOR THE PERSONAL TIME LOST, THE EXTRA TIME LABORERS ARE ON THE CLOCK, THE INCONVIENENCE TO CUSTOMERS, AND THE TARNISHING OF THE REPUTATION OF OUR BUSINESS DUE TO UHAUL'S OVERCOMPLICATED TECH WHICH IS KNOWN TO HAVE BUGS. USING A BROKEN APP AND TALKING TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE NEEDED TO ACQUIRE A 3 DIGIT CODE TO UNLOCK A LOCK BOX TO GET THE KEY FOR THE TRUCK AFTER HOURS. I AM DISSAPPOINTED. UHAUL HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL AND I LIKE TO GIVE BUSINESS TO THE LOCAL SITES, BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE (AND THE ONE BEFORE), I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO RENTING FROM PENSKI AND BUDGET.

TIM HThe U-Haul I rented felt very unsafe to drive. The steering wheel was really shaky and so was the whole front end of the truck. This is obviously something that U-Haul would need to rectify, not the place I picked the uhaul up at.

MATT TNeeded new oil, van had terrible MPG, took 60 miles to use 1/2 tank. Smelled like smoke. Attendants hands were filthy but was a nice guy. Place was also pretty dirty.
Thomas CI was going about 12 miles away and back and am charged 75$ I didn't even go far enough to be charged that...the truck check engine light was on and the trucks couldn't be dropped anywhere else but his spot...the 75$ is a problem I'll be calling customer service later I shouldn't have been charged 40 over the rental I did not drive that far I've rented uhauls from Liverpool and paid as much going farther than I did this week

Richard CI specifically declined the extra 8 dollars in insurance when booking. I was charged that fee anyway and never authorized it at any point.
