The owner operator was more than an hour late and caused many delays and extra cost for that days job. I was really counting on being able to pick this up easily. The owner operator also promised to me he paid for the gas because of his lack of timeliness, but that also did not occur. I charged full price.
ROBERT AI was second in line for a rental, and was able to watch the entire transaction with the first customer. The gentleman behind the counter was remarkably patient, having to repeat some things two and three times, as the customer was not paying attention to the instructions. The U-Haul representative went out to the rental twice to ensure the customer was OK to operate the vehicle and understood the safe operation of the equipment. Although all of this delayed me from getting on my way, I was duly impressed with the reps professionalism and good cheer. I will definitely rent from here again.
WILBUR HHappy and surprised to see a dolly and moving blankets in trailer. Have a rented from Uhaul several times in last couple yrs and do not recall ever seeing that. A nice addition

MICHAEL CEverything was perfect!! Very courteous and friendly interactions upon arrival. The company was very flexible with me, as well. My daughter underestimated how much she had to move, and I was afforded extra time beyond their regular business hours and only charged for the extra mileage. This U-Haul location will be my go-to in the future!

From the clean parking lot, to the clean windows in the office, to the well organized office area (and clean bathroom), to the courteous gentleman cheerfully issuing the vehicles, this facility is a model of efficiency. As a business owner, I note the small details which usually translate to a great experience for the customer, and all the boxes at this outlet are checked.

Darrell LMark was very helpful and was able to help dampen the ridiculous cost of a one-way rental by providing some helpful extras. He called me the morning of the pickup because he was worried about my reservation being cancelled due to not showing up immediately at my reservation time. The truck was new, but felt old due to no automatic features whatsoever, except for the transmission.

Paul PI had a guy named Billy assist me in hooking up the trailer to the hitch. The trailer lights weren't activating and he was a good guy and located some electrical grease for the hookup and, by golly, it worked and kept working. So, without his assistance I would not have been able to rent the trailer. So, a thanks to him for excellent service - like the old days!

Bob NNot much. I dealt with Mark, and he is incredibly personable and efficient. He was renting a storage unit to a customer when I arrived. Mark greeted me and informed me it would be about 10 minutes before he could assist me. How very considerate to acknowledge the next customer and provide them with a realistic timeframe as he was finishing with the first client. He is truly the customer service representative U-HAUL should put on its posters.

Ali SI’m a loyal customer . Sales rep who rent me out equipment was very rude start yelling to me in front of other customer very unprofessional behavior. (He even left me a voicemail calling me and “idiot”) everything just because I came 10 minutes earlier than my schedule time and asked him to change pickup time in the system to not pay for another day…this person should be ashamed of his behavior . I will contact corporate office with this complaint too.

Wilbur HExcellent service! There was a slight problem with the gauge and the manager made sure it was made right and that my ride would be safe. I LOVE the fact that there is a local phone number where a human person can be reached without having to talk to a bot. This is great service.

I was nervous about leaving my items in a storage unit that wasn’t temperature controlled, but the unit was so well sealed that the hot summer days and cold winter days had no affect on my items. My items had no damage and we never found any bugs or critters. The front office was friendly and hours of access are very convenient. Prices were fair and I would use them again.
