Storage unit floor was dirty and wood pallets and carpets were laying on the floor. I leaned pallets up against the wall and swept floor before vacating the unit.

The increase in price a bit high. Would like to see smaller units at a reasonable price. At nite barley any lights. I moved Out March 8th 2021. Not the 9th. !! Kevin was helpful. Found it difficult to access my lock , I got a better price. Thank u. Also found out at post office that u have two two mailing addresses. Very very confusing

I am pleased with the size, location, and price for the unit. I would have rated it excellent, but it took us over an hour to get into the unit due to the door being frozen shut from uncleared snow.

They were very helpful. Flexible with my arrival time, made the process easy. Somehow, I ended up with 2 reservations....this one, and one ending in 00000237....I only used one.
