ROBERT SThe straps have been broken and the tie down rackets have been broken all three times I used this causing us to have a rough time locking the car down to the trailer. I said something both times before and nothing was ever fixed and it’s been well over a year.the guy was also very rude and disrespectful when I had to have for an extra day. I would never go here again

James RApp was slow and hard to use to check the van in and out. Van had rips in the ceiling when I received it. Van struggled to start most mornings.
Steven PConsider keeping trucks on full tank of gas. I received this truck with 40 miles of fuel left on it and had to immediately put gas in it, but i didn't know how much fuel i would need. This caused me to need to stop for a second time to return it at the level i received it. This process is very inconvenient for customers. It would be much easier to just fill the tank after my use.
Darren MGreat customer service. The gentleman who took care of us was professional and prompt. Best experience with U-Haul ever. The other location we went to last time in Livonia I believe was terrible. But 5 stars and A+++ on this location also best customer service ever. I will recommend this location on line also. Thank you for a great experience too.

CHARLES NThe truck had sloppy steering and the driver's door rattled on the road like it was going to fall off. I had to switch locations to this one because the U-haul app could not find my location and I was told I could not use the app before my appointment time even though I was told it would work one hour before and one hour after appointment time.

Cindy SI had originally asked to pick up at Storage King in Wixom , MI, which is much closer to my home. I was told that I had to go to another location which I did. However, there are 20+ u-haul trucks parked there so I don’t know why I had to go somewhere else. Secondly, I went with u-haul to get a truck with a low ramp but unfortunately my rental truck did not have a ramp at all. I was already on my way and committed and had to make a more difficult move since the truck wasn’t what was advertised. Really disappointed.
Robert DU Haul truck 20 ft has lots of construction debris left in box of truck. Everything else was very good!
George BRented a $19.95 box truck for 2 hours and the bill was over $88. Truck had almost 100,000 miles and was filthy, the wheels wobbled once 50mph was reached and rode very rough on the highway. Save yourself a fortune and rent the Home Depot truck which doesn't charge almost $1 per mile for usage. When checking the truck in the operator didn't check the mileage and gave me a final bill and said I was all set. Then they billed me for almost 70 miles after the fact and I didn't photograph the before and after mileage so I have no evidentiary recourse. The truck was only available for 2 hours so it looks like I paid for somebody else's mileage. My destination was only 14 miles away. Beware, make sure you take pictures and don't trust people.

marshall wFriendly and obliging. Had a problem with the first truck still having a padlock on it. After attempting to cut it off failed, they rolled out another one and sent me on my way. When I returned, that lock had met its match.

James MGranted driving a larger vehicle with 125k miles my expectations are low but it was a seriously bumpy/uncomfortable drive. I’d look at a tire rotation and shock support. Didn’t seem safe at times

John NThe trucks steering was loose and unstable and the steering wheel is off centered a lot indicating the alignment is incorrect and above 50mph and was unable to drive the truck on the highway due to the truck wandering all over the road which took more time than anticipated to move the cargo. Don’t know how this truck ever passed a DOT inspection. The wiper blades were inadequate and the HVAC blower motor only worked on high speed only. I don’t know if I would ever use a U Haul truck again if this is how the trucks are maintained. This is coming from a master mechanic of 30+ years.

Eric HFind people that understand basic customer service using such things as "hello", "thank you" or "goodbye." Leaving long messages regarding the time I NEED to be there so they can get out at 4:30 is not a good thing. Not a good front for UHaul
