The uhauls trucks are messed up . The truck was shaking while we was driving . The engine light was on . The truck doesn’t let you go over 30 mph while shaking like a washing machine .. I wish I could get my money back tbh ..

The only complaint I have is the AC stopped working and it was 110 degrees outside. We could not change out the truck as it was already loaded. I did call and speak to Emily who spoke to her boss and they offered a credit of one day rental.

My air conditioner didn’t work. It was 96 degrees. Worst experience ever. When I called to complain the customer service person told me the only thing he could do is transfer me to roadside assistance. Like I had Time to wait for a new truck on the side of the road. I asked him for a discount bc the experience was awful. But all he could do is transfer me to roadside. Ridiculous

I think it would be a great idea to let the customers know about all the hidden fees that will be attached to rental trucks so that they are allowed to make a reasonable decision on renting from U-haul or seek another revenue. Perhaps I could have used a discount card somewhere that accepted AAA or AARP discounts to save a few dollars or if I had been told that there was a huge fee for using a credit card, I would have given my debit instead and that alone would have save me $10. That’s the cost of my one meal for a day. My circumstances just don’t allow any extras right now, other than those issues it was a good experience. The staff was very friendly and professional and they took the time to make sure the truck was clean. So yes, I would recommend this store definitely. I would just warn them to use a debit instead of credit and to be sure to get the $15 insurance because even if you may not need it it’s better safe than sorry 😊

I would not recommend this place because they have a real bad rodent problem. My things had rat droppings all over them. I had to discard items that weren't in bags or boxes (5 comforters and 10 reams of copy paper). If it wasn't for that, I would recommend.
