Upon rental, there was no fuel in the UHaul truck

Eliodens SanonThe paperwork they had me initial and sigb did not match the email I received. Showed different amounts of gas. I took phones to prove I filled back to where it was they till charged me for gas.
Tamaki Guydoing all the pick up and return stuff using the phone app was not conveinent. both the pick up and return activities had to be entered 4 or 5 times each to complete the process. The attendant's first language is not english, and she was difficult to understand. The truck's check engine light is on.and the floor of the cab and the cargo area were dirty. Otherwise the truck performed well.
