The uhual I got the battery was dead, the gas station had a very bad odor. It smelled horrible. The truck was clean but I was suppose to get a dolly and blankets and they were not in the truck. And you pay extra for that so the only end up giving me a furniture dolly because that’s all they had. Not a good experience at all

Sriram NallanidgalThe Fuel capacity which is listed while we took the vehicle is "Half Tank" but when I entered the vehicle, The fuel was almost nill, I was surprised, I immediately got down the vehicle, then noticed the fuel cap was open, the previous customer didn't close the fuel nob properly, the fuel got evaporated. I just drove for 15miles, I spent almost 45$ to fuel the vehicle for 15miles I drove, and still got charged for fuel again, worst experience ever.

Rosemary HelmThe vehicle i reserved was not there. I reserved a 10" truck and had to settle for a small van. It cost me more miles but I was still able to accomplish what I needed. I thought it was interesting the gentleman at the location asked me why did I rent that truck when it wasn't available. I would not have rented it if the website said it was not there.

Chaz HicksThe entire experience was horrific. I left in tears with a cargo van that had low air in the tires. I was denied the rental for almost an hour begging and pleading to just let me move my deceased father’s items. I was told because I had a DL from Washington that I was not allowed to use the van. Called support and they were no help. It took begging after walking to the u-haul location for the cashier to finally say yes. Most horrifying experience. I will never use u-haul again!!!!

mike dornThe pick up through the app experience was bad I had to go walk inside anyway. I think the session timed out while they were in the process of verifying me but the message as to why it didn’t finish went away so fast I could barely read it.
Kimberly WashingtonI had a major problem with this rental van. After loading the vehicle, the back door wouldn't close. Called the store and they said it was my problem because I didn't note any issues before leaving the lot. Got help from roadside assistance, who figured out that the brake light - which is on the roof of the van above the cargo area - had come loose and kept the door from closing. So their equipment was falling apart and they blamed me. If you must rent, go to another location.
Thomas DahmI reserved a dolly but I couldn't get it because the company workers said they couldn't prepare it and the truck had a big problem so when I was driving the truck stopped several times on the road by itself.. It was very dangerous. Also, the movers we hired though you were bad. They drug my mattress outside on the ground and damaged my table too. And they didn't show up at on time. They're late about 30 minutes and had an attitude problem and I can't say they moved my stuffs properly. And I had to clean the truck after they made a mess by stepping in chocolate and didn't even inform my wife (who was there with them at the time this happened) until she was coming across the mess herself.
Yongseok LeeThe truck was terrible - it turned off while we were in the middle of the highway twice - I felt super unsafe. This truck had no business being rented out for a move. It also struggled with accelerating and would stall out. Honestly the worst experience I've had with a truck rental ever.

Martin payanI rented a 26 foot truck several days in advance and they only had a 20 foot when I picked up. The two move helpers I booked called me at 7pm the night before saying they couldn’t make it at 7:30 because they had two other jobs before mine, even though I booked it, paid, and confirmed all the same day (new beginnings movers). They said they could be there at 10 or 11. I cancelled and requested a refund of the $200. Still waiting please help. Thank you, Rachelle

Gary LyonsThe associate informed me that I did not have a reservation at my designated time even though I was there 15min early. Also proceeded to charge me twice than what was quoted online even thought the miles was not included when I ordered the U-Haul online, which was not my fault, cause I found it weird when it didn’t ask for my mileage. So now you guys have charged my credit card $236 for a $20 to rent and 40miles at .59 cents. Sooooo yeah I’m not happy and will be calling customer service to get this figured out. Be ready.

Mike SimondsHaving previously had a not so stellar experience at a different location, the regional manager took the time to reach out personally and inquire about the experience and how he could make it right! It meant so much to have someone just listen to my concern and want to make it right. He went above and beyond getting me another truck that was in much better condition and shape and personally took the time to stay in contact with me through the process and even the location owner reached out and was incredibly accommodating and patient during the time I had the vehicle. It was the best customer service experience I have EVER had and they have definitely made a customer for life! I can’t thank them enough for making my moving experience so much less stressful than it could have been! I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing group of people that helped to make it right!

Logan MortonThere were four very poor services: 1) Business owner wife was busy eating and not even acknowledging customer for good few minutes 2) cargo van that was offered was not clean 3) cargo van engine light was on but when I told the agent, he said do not worry just drive. 4) I was supposed to return vehicle at 230 but they started calling me at 1pm to bring vehicle back, then when I returned vehicle at 210pm, without checking, they wanted me go back to check if all blank wrap are folded.
