The folks at the site are very friendly and helpful. The small trailer we rented does need retired or refurbished, though. There was a tie down strip missing all together and one that was loose from the wall. I would go back for sure, just did not notice at first so we improvised. Based on what we experienced, I am sure they would have helped if we had inspected closer. Easy on and off to Rt 7 as well.

BENITO bravoI guess this is a UHaul policy. I would prefer to pick the vehicle up with a full tank of gas and return it with a full tank of gas. It is too hard on unfamiliar vehicle gas tanks to return it at a percentage full. I think this is a way for UHaul to make money. For example, I picked it up at 3/4 full but returned it full. The gas gauge was not registering correctly when I was trying to hit the 3/4 tank and it wasn't until the gas clicked full that I realized the guage was not registering until I start to drive it down the road. Not good.

Thomas BuckWe reserved a truck and appliance dolly and two furniture movers along with 60 moving pads. When we went to pick up the truck we were told we have an appliance dolly you'll have to call around to other U-Haul it's to find the rest of the stuff. Why were we not told this when we reserved it two weeks before.

David CarrThe truck had not been cleaned out from the prior use. It had a dolly and packing blankets still in the back and had not been swept out. I waited for 20 minutes to get the U-Haul because the only worker there was otherwise occupied.

chad sheetsThe location and employees at Naylor Bros were wonderful. My experience with Uhaul customer service and the Uhaul website were horrible. My reservations were made online (for another location) and when I tried the online pickup, it did not work. I called the 800 number and after 1 hour and 3 transfers, I had a reservation at this location, that was 15 miles from the original place. Got there, picked up with no issues. Went to return the next day and again, online check in was not working. So I put the keys in the drop box, sent Naylor Bros a message and left...while calling the 800 number again. 30 minutes and 2 transfers later, I was told that I could not check in the truck because I had left the location and would be charged for another day. Needless to say, I will not EVER be using Uhaul in the future. This was the worst and most stressful moving experience I have ever had. The customer service reps were rude and not helpful at all

Jordan BurressThe contract stated 2 different things. It would cost me more in time to get money back for the gas I had in the truck. It was more than what I had to start. They charged me for another day after I was told it would not cost any more if the truck was returned by the same time I had picked it up.

Sharron MorrisonThe website is extremely misleading. Things get added to your order that you don’t add. You have to be very careful or you will be charged something you don’t want. And even then it added a insurance fee that I KNOW I didn’t select. I know I selected the option of NO insurance.
Mike HirschNot let this be a U-Haul location. Place was very run down. Poor appearance. Smoking inside the building. Didnt seem to know how to navigate system. Took an hour to pickup truck. Didnt have the funiture pads I had ordered.

Jason SpanoDropped u haul truck off on Sunday as scheduled and put key in drop box. Over the next couple of days, I received multiple calls wanting to know when I was returning the truck. Explained multiple times that truck and keys were returned on Sunday. Never received call back letting me know if issue was resolved

John AndersonThe staff at this location was great however there support from uhaul was pathetic. We reserved a day rental of a 17' truck from a different location and when we arrived for pickup found out the truck was reserved to someone else at 7am the next morning (our pickup time was 3pm) there where no more trucks available so we went to another location and settled for a 10' truck. The check out procedure took over 45 minutes because of the uhaul computer program crashing every time the staff got to the payment menu. The staff finally called uhaul direct and finally got the payment and check out process completed. Returning the truck was the same situation it took over 45 minutes to return the truck and would have taken longer if the helpfull staff at the location hadn't said we could leave while he battled on the phone with uhaul to return the truck. As stated earlier the location was great and the staff was great but uhaul is a joke. On uhaul's behalf they extended the rental by 1 day at no charge because of the amount of trips it took due to the smaller truck. So uhaul helped by applying a 20 dollar credit for the extra day rental but the 79 cents a mile to make 4 trips verses to 2 trips it would have taken to haul with the 17' truck or even a 15' truck. I will more than likely never use uhaul again, I should have given my business to another company as soon as I arrived at the first location and was told the truck was reserved for 7am to someone else.

David BabkaLack of U-Haul signage made us unsure if it was the correct drop off point. Site did not give us any documentation that truck was returned stating only that we'd get an email confirmation but one was never received.

MICHAEL ROMICKthis was not the location i requested. it was revised from middle creek u-haul to this location, I contacted u-haul traffic dept. regarding this issue. I was told I would recieve up to a $50 (reimbursement) per u-haul location (pick-up) mguarentee; however as of today, I have still not been reimbursed. assuming this is the quality care one can expect from u-haul, I will not recommend u-haul, based on this experience.

LEAH SIEFERTI think the problem is with U-Hauls distribution system. I Reserved equipment ahead of time (dolly and furniture pads) online. When I was called the day before the rental I asked if I should call the pickup location to confirm they had those items (this isn't the first time that uhaul didn't have the equipment I reserved). He told me that's not necessary because he is going to take care of it right now. I said that's great. Got to uhaul center and they only had the truck (smelled of cigarettes and B.O.). The truck itself was in good mechanical condition and I was pleased with that.
JAMES WESTThe trailer was broken upon arrival. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to fix the door so that it would close. Also the tires were not safe for travel and it looked like re-treaded ones were used. Because of this I blew a tire in the middle of the 118 degree Mojave Desert.
