I really can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve had several units over the years, changing sizes, depending on my needs at the time. I have never had an issue. Lillie has always been attentive to any of my needs and prompt in responding to them. Personally, I feel like she went somewhat above and beyond in assisting me I am certainly grateful for that. Location is convenient, and I always felt like my personal belongings were secure and safe.

Susan B | Overall ExperienceFrom the day that I contacted Natchitoches Security in 2019 on a Sunday, and they met me at the gate to get me into a unit when we moved from Virginia I have been impressed by the staff and facility. I appreciated the convenience of 24 hour access and with the security cameras, gate, and lighting I always felt safe anytime I accessed my storage. Now that we moved out the staff was very friendly and efficient processing me out. I recommend Natchitoches Security whenever anyone asks about storage in the Natchitoches area. I also appreciated the military discount.
