They changed me for gas which I already filled it up even utility dolly didn’t work properly and that wasn’t the dolly I ordered. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Poor service ruined my moving…

DAWNE PTire pressures varied quite a lot; tie-down straps needed to be better secured to the trailer at pickup - one came loose and fell to the ground after just a few miles.

ELI HWell, the front end was out of alignment…. Take you hands off the wheel and truck pulls right. Tried to exchange truck in next town, Santa Fe NM. UHaul guy was helpful but had no trucks. Secondly, exterior windows smothered in dead bugs ( unclean). Dirt on the floor, steering wheel was sticky ( gross). I checked fluids, wiper fluids almost empty. Oil needs to be changed ( really dark). Aside from that, the truck rolled like a champ for 14 hours straight.
Andrew VI think I got the last 15' truck in Albuquerque when I went looking on Friday evening. I had no choice to get a truck earlier, because I had just received the keys the the condo I bought. When I got the truck on Saturday morning, there were no pads, nor was there a hand truck (dolly). I still had to pay full price ($85.88) plus $29.00 for gas. :-(
Lawrence LWindshield was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Wiper blades were in need of replacement and streaked badly even after I cleaned the windshield. Truck and tires were otherwise in good condition.
STEPHEN BI was billed twice, at the first place a tire was missing so I had to go to the other side of town to pick up another trailer. Why did I get billed twice?
Dennis BStaff in Albuquerque was perfessional, patient, explained everything about the trailer and shared best ways to keep the trailer safe during our trip. Once we arrived to our destination 1,400 miles later the staff in Oregon was great too! I would definitely recommend Uhall to family and friends, and will use again.
Hazel TIt was not very clear upon immediate arrival of the locations services. There should be a sign outside stating that this is a 3rd party service. So unless you take the time to see if they have the rentals , you would end up missing it.

Ronald GIt would have been a much better experience if I could have picked the truck up at the location I requested which was walking distance from my house. Business should not be done at a gas station.
Patrick RAuto transport’s lights did not function with the 15’ truck I had rented earlier in the day. The manager asked me to goto Walmart to buy a cable to try to address the issue. It did not. I ended up cancelling the auto transport all together after hours of hassle.

Samuel SEquipment wasnt available at time of pickup. Not this locations fault but situation was handled very poorly by NM Uhaul agents. I was upset about not being able to get all the equipment I reserved and I was actually told by a Uhaul rep over the phone that "maybe i should have rented with another company because Uhaul is incompetent"..... I think maybe I will for my next truck rental!
Matthew GConvenience store cups were left inside the truck. I was told the trucks are cleaned and disinfected after each customer, but after wiping down the steering wheel, door handles, knobs, etc, for extra protection, my cleaning wipes were black. Was not wiped down, or sanitized, although your site stress the importance of, and how cautious your company is of the COVID virus.

Richard GThe truck I was supposed to get (that had a dolly) was stuck behind another truck, so they switched me trucks and I didn’t get to use the dolly they still charged me for. It was made clear when I rented the truck that I would not be able to return the truck to a new location, especially since I had searched with a drop off location. Had I known this, I would have chosen a better location and not kept driving circles around the city. Bad experience from me overall. Will not be a returning customer

William MTher was discrepancy with the other location. On Wyoming and zuni rd. Neighborhood store had to wait an hour or 2 and won't be going to that location. Was interrupted quite a bit with customers coming in and out of the facility.

Charles RTruck was a ness in the cab. The woman cashier was ordering stuff for her run down gas station while her 2 kids were screaming. Drivers tire was low and had to be filled twice a day. The ignition was stuck and didn't know if it would work every time I tried. Aweful Aweful experience. 2nd time in a row I had to travel across town to get a truck when uhaul is a quarter mile away from me. Penske and budget are looking good to me. Shame I spent good money at uhaul.

vince kThe check out process was a disaster. We reserved for 7am online, and when we got there, they didn’t open until 9am. We finally started checking in, and the computer errors kept us there until almost 10am. I thought Jamie Kennedy was going to pop out any minute. It was ridiculously slow, then there were hidden costs after we brought it back. Go elsewhere, Uhaul doesn’t have their stuff together.
Robert OThe guy can't print out a copy of my receipt and just sent it to my email instead. A little inconvenience but still it would have been better to have a physical copy of the receipt.
francis mTruck was dirty!! Back load was dirty.. door open was broken. Had to reach through other door to unlock door.. charged us way to much. Will never go there. They said it was going to be $80 plus $14.99 insurance to rent truck. But was a different story when we turned it in.. we paid way to much for a rent truck.. bad customer service and the sales guy was in a rush he did paper work and didn't check back load of truck. Poor service and no friendly service. Was rude when we tired doing application. We like our money back!!! Refund do to our service

Gary BSeems maintenance is needed on certain small things. Lube rollup door and ramp. Truck also seems to maybe have a vacuum leak.
