I was told the charge was $29.95 and I'd have 100 free miles. I got 50 free miles and when I checked my account I was charged just under $126.00. Praying I get a refund.

They forgot to give me the dolly then blamed me saying I should have asked instead of just apologizing. I called about 3 times to make sure the dolly was on the order, when I arrived to pick up the truck I paid for a dolly and I assumed it was in the truck but when I drove home it wasn't in there. They then told me they keep them in the store?! That's fine but how was I to know where they store the dolly? I was refunded for the dolly but that's not the point. My time and energy is valuable and moving is stressful enough. when a person is moving and people are waiting on them for the truck then to have to drive back to the store when you're paying for the miles and gas is not ok. The lady never apologized and the only job she had was to remember the dolly. Some guy came out to give me the dolly when I returned with a huge attitude and blamed me. Common people wake up and stop blaming your customers for your error and own up like a man. I would not recommend this location due to the unprofessional and disrespect for other people's time. The lady looked half asleep I should have known to confirm the dolly was not in the truck

Have regular trucks that people want instead of making them rent bigger trucks that use more gas. Also don't rent out trucks with service engine lights.

Have moving blankets and appliance dollies available. Truck maintenance needed as i kept getting a service message on the dash as i was driving down the road. I will say the lady who set it up was very nice though.

They asked no questions as to ball, hitch, or anything related to the towing experience. There was no help offered for hook up other than a sign that read $20 charge for hookup. Gave me the number for the trailer and told it was somewhere behind the building.

if theweekend is coming up and you want to move be sure to get a truck early. helped me although i didn't have a lot. but the truck i needed was there for me when i was ready on the day i wanted it. no surprise last minute availability.done done and done.

This location has always been a favorite to me because Keith is great with his customers and I frequent there because of my moving business. Unfortunately this last pick up did not happen as it should have. When using the app to retrieve my key, no key was in the box. So I had to drive to Fredericktown, MO to pick up another truck. Which was not accessible either. This made me late for a huge move job and wasted alot of my time and money. I have taked with a traffic control manager with did not get anywhere. I asked to talk to someone else to give me a call. And still have not heard any word back.

Exceptional Customer Service, the Only Issue we had was them not having the appliance dolly we reserved, They were extremely appolegtic and we were able to locate one from friends. Their customer service and sincerity was what made this move.

I was supposed to have an appliance dollie, a regular dollie, and 3 dozen moving blankets. U-Haul supplied NOTHING. This caused the use of much more physical labor to move. I have multiple scratches and scrapes on multiple pieces of furniture. I made sure that the truck was filled with gas ABOVE the mark in which I was given and the return location charged me for 5 gallons of gas! I'm pissed and U-Haul probably will not do anything to satisfy, or make me feel whole. Over $700 for CRAP services.

They did not give me any instructions on how the unit should be hitched to the truck. It created an issue as the trailer jumped off my ball while towing. There should have been some form and instruction given.

The oil filter came out not even 24 hours after we got it. We used road side assistance and they told us it would be about an hour before we got there. Kept delaying. An hour of excuses and different stories later we left.

The location was one that had multiple businesses all operating from the same space, Uhaul, mechanic shop. The parking lot was crowded/congested and I had to have an employee move their vehicle just to get to the back of the building to park the trailer. The employee that I worked with when returning was very nice, and the highpoint of the check-out/check-in process. There was no guidance given on where.... "just somewhere in back". Meanwhile, the trailer was in a poor state as the surge brakes are shot and need to be rebuilt, and the wiring wasn't working fully on the trailer (brake lights/blinkers worked, however marker/running lights did NOT). Further, this isn't a fault of the establishment, but with uhual's registration software.... It's 2022, not everyone has multiple phone numbers these days. I had to provide my Dad's number, as my wife and my cell-numbers (which we've had for over a 15 years) were "not enough". It was not a good experience, Uhual.

The owner of the facility was rude and unhelpful. Then when I returned overcharged me for my rental. Rented for 5 hours and tried charging me for 2 days. I finally got it fixed through uhaul themselves but I had to jump through hoops at the location first in order to get it corrected because they only wanted to give me $30 back when they charged me double in the first place.

The paper work has yo be online is HORRIBLE, very hard to connect online, takes a lot of time and is very hard on a small phone. Call in to male an appointment for help and d not get a call f or hours later. Not sure if the money savings is worth while I make the reservation, I do all the inspections of equipment, record fuel. Record m I leave and time in and out.

This doesn't have to with the drop off locatiion, but I hired 2 people throuth your site and they never showed up. I was charged and haven't received a credit back to my card yet.
