Pricing is predatory. Why must i pay 20 dollars for mileage AND 23 dollars for fuel? Why advertise it for 19.95 then charge for mileage and fuel. Also, the mobile app is really laggy and is not sufficient for what it’s made for - contactless pickup/dropoff. We had to call u-haul and delay our process. Next time I move, I will try to find any other option other than u-haul.

Seemed this was a nuicance that they had to deal with . The trailers were off location and had to back into a fenced yard and the young man turned away and I ran into a fence post. The Owner said too bad since I was driving and should be more careful and refused to deal with the damage to my truck

Bill WTrailer was VERY difficult to extricate from lot. It was so tight next to gate and behind a pole that I had to back and forth 20X! Further, I did not want insurance - - especially on such a beat-up trailer - - I have rented a few from you to know this one was sub-par. Very frustrating.
