Nothing at all, You Rock..
Samantha MThe Van was clean. It pulls to the right. When I was taking an exit it felt like the van was sliding to the right. When I changed into the left lane the van pulled right and then turned left. There was significance play in the steering wheel.
Vincent CMy only problem was that when I returned the truck, the app could not pick my location to be able to continue with checking out. I called customer support and they told me that they need to transfer me to live support and live support was unreachable. I left the truck in the designated area, throw photos just in case, and call customer support to leave a note. At the end, I got charged for an extension that I did not ask and got a higher fee than expected.

JUAN MI believe I was overcharged, I need to call to speak to someone soon. As well as when my employee went to pick up the vehicle our reservations were changed, we were charged an additional amount and the people at the desk were incredibly rude and not helpful.

Julio GI was charged for an amount I do not owe. I was forced to wait in the cold for 30 minutes, on the phone, all to retrieve a uhual key. Never had a problem with uhual for years, but after this experience, never using uhual again.
Steven VThe original truck had barrels and trash in it. Someone there mentioned they had just taken it on a trash/ recycling run. The people there were very polite/ nice about it, and did give another truck. The next truck had cigarette butts all in it.

KERRION LThe truck barely started. Got it with no gas and then when returned it then charged me for gas. Called and they said they wouldn’t charge us then they charged $20 for “oil and tires” something I have never been charged for at U-Haul and I rent them 1-2 times a week. Never coming back and reporting as fraudulent charges from this place

yameliz mParking lot unclean, weed overgrown, store supposed to be open according to hours on the door. Checking in to get the truck over the phone took almost 40 minutes for me to sit and drive a truck that smells like rancid urine. Offered price $19 is a joke as I paid over $60 to use it for 1 hour. It’s offensive how ripped off I feel about this situation.

FRANKIE FYour website is problematic when accessed from a phone. I could upload a picture of the front of my driver's license but not a scan of the back. I couldn't use your website to return the truck despite turning ON location services, and when I tried to access the help page, it was covered by a large questionnaire which I couldn't get rid of. Oh well, it all worked out in the end.

Rabih YThe email that was sent to me said I would be able to successfully log-in and get my UHaul through the website. I ultimately had to download the app instead. Not too much of an issue. But the area I was in had terrible service so everything took a very long time. What should have been a 5-minute task took nearly 30 minutes.
Matthew KThe truck had a bit of a smell. Not bad but easily fixed with some febreeze between uses. The lock was broken that was chained to the truck but there was nothing about that on the initial walkthrough portion of the rental. Overall a very good experience with good service from Mt. Pleasant Hardware.

Edin MLocation was fine and staff was helpful. It was awful trying to return though! We were having trouble uploading pictures through the app and website. Apparently it went through even though it had given me an error. So we had to call customer service and they were the ones that told us it did. When we picking up the truck, we were having issues upload the ID also. They need to fix that! The overall location is good and the staff was helpful.

peter bI separated for a 15-foot truck and in the city of Pawtucket and at the last minute they left me with a 10-foot truck and I had to go pick it up in Providence almost 6 miles away, which they charge me as if it had been the that it looks bad from the point where I picked it up
yenny oI was told if I returned before 11:15pm I would not be charged a late fee. Yet I was still charged a late fee. I disputed it and still no response. This companies a rip off

Christopher sThe truck was the wrong one, papers didn't match up, blinker didn't work, it was a whole ordeal to rent and try and return and I just hope it went well. The self check out process is also confusing. The people at this location are extremely helpful and nice though, the location itself and the trucks just need work.

Ryan RReserved a truck over 1 month in advance and uhaul representative contacts me the day prior to pickup to say original pickup location won't had the truck. Closest location was 30 minutes away. Wasted 1 hour on move day to pickup truck which also caused additional fuel expense. I won't use Uhaul for future moves.
Christopher JAs soon as I started the engine, the dashboard indicated to change oil soon. Not providing comfort for me for the rest of the day. I pumped in 5 gallons of gas to get the gas indicator to the 5/8 of a tank where it was when I got the van. The summary bill that was emailed to me showed only 1/2 tank full and charged me an extra $10.35 for the gas. I feel that I am owed $10.35.
ROBERT MThe truck inside smelt like extreme marijuana and took 2 days of cleaning and leaving the windows open to get rid of the smell. We rented from Uhaul because they are supposed to be non-smoking vehicles. We had to drive 900 miles with the windows open. Very very disappointed

Song LI’ve used Mt Pleasant Hardware to rent U-Haul moving trucks before. I highly recommend this location due to their excellent customer service. Super kudos to Brenda! I’ve moved out of their area, but honestly would still use them if at all possible. Our move was terribly stressful and done in awful heat, but they made it easier by just being kind and understanding. I can’t thank them enough!
