This location was a vehicle impound yard. The expectation is that the customer uses the app to complete the pickup process. This would be fine if the app actually worked. It did not. After spending 90 minutes on the phone with customer service, I was provided a bypass code to pick up my rental. This caused a huge delay in my move. I have been using U-Haul all my life; I have never had an experience like this before. The staff was fine, however the policy that you force a customer to jump through hoops for 90 minutes to prove that a piece of technology works when it does not is completely unacceptable.

Went to this location after making a reservation with a life representative. Got there a bit early to see how it works. This location was not 24/7 / overnight but informed it was. Then I went to a different location. No prior directions given to me. Got there finally, got the keys and the car is at empty on gas. Very disappointing experience . It was my first time using a U-Haul and probably last.
