John DThe representative that was working when I returned my rental seemed inconvenienced that I was returning my rental early. She went as far to advise that I wasn’t going to receive any money back, which I did not expect or ask for, after she stated that she really did not want this rental returned this particular day. I explained I was don’t with the vehicle and I wanted to assure I returned ahead of the expected snow storm coming to the area. Overall, she was not friendly or welcoming. I would do business at a different local rental against next time.

Jessica LI had booked online for one location only to find out that that location didn't exist any longer and had to instead go 30 miles out of my way to pick up the truck. Horrible experience. The people at the new location were wonderful though.

Grigory Rcannot believe how much this cost - during this horrible economy to be charged for the mileage, when uhaul used to be unlimited miles, and the gas prices are insane to top it all off. if uhaul would work with the customers during this horrendous economic time, there would be more business for uhaul. something to consider.

PAUL AOnly issue, I had trouble with the internet/cell service at the pick-up location. Luckily the employees were there early and took care of us. The truck handled like new. Clean inside and out.

JACQUELINE HChange policy back to ... Fill gas tank to FULL when returning vehicle. ( any other tank level is very hard to estimate. At 3.89+ per gallon, leaving 1 or 2 gallons of gas extra over "the start level", is an unnecessary non-refundable expense.

Dale BI was stuck in traffic and delayed a little bit with the truck but I don't see how being 3 hours later than the drop off time is a whole extra day. It should have a cost for extra hours, not a full day......
